Some days were intense, but I loved getting to see so many fabulous places. If you’re planning to visit Australia, this tour is ideal! I was initially concerned about the group’s age range, but everyone was close to my age (approx 26-32), which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Our CEO, Lauren, was outstanding—incredibly kind and helpful, which enhanced the trip.
As for accommodations, only two hostels didn’t quite meet my expectations, but we notified the company, so I’m hopeful they’ll address this for future tours.

Lauren was amazing and very accommodating for all of the different groups on the boat. The crew was also great fun and worked tirelessly throughout the week to ensure we had a great time.

At the initial meeting to start the tour no explanation was given as to why our accommodation was not twin share as per the brochure. She then told us at the initial meeting that tickets to 'Hi' night…At the initial meeting to start the tour no explanation was given as to why our accommodation was not twin share as per the brochure. She then told us at the initial meeting that tickets to 'Hi' nightclub we were going on the 1st night would us cost 75 euros if we bought them ourselves independently. This was a blatant lie as they can be purchased for 40 euros independently. Lauren urged us to purchase a tour package at a cost of 89 euros which included a ticket, a transfer to the club and unlimited drinks for 2 hours beforehand. I could have easily purchased the same amount of drinks I had from a supermarket and a bus transfer and the night club for 60 euros. On Day 2 no excursion was made to Formentera as per the brochure. The nightclub chosen for the 2nd night should clearly have been amnesia instead of Eden which was largely unattended by the local population. On the 3Rd day , I paid 22 euros for tapas, which whilst nice was still overpriced. The nightclub chosen on the 3Rd night (paradise) held a gay theme night. As the majority of the group was heterosexual they complained about this and Lauren's only response was that she did not know this. As a tour guide however I would put forth that it is her actual job to know such things. Simply put it was the same usual thing from Busabout - no value for money, nothing exceptional - people would be better off organizing everything themselves and not using bus about.

The amount of planning she did for so many people, for things outside of that particular tour was amazing. Would not book with busabout again, The only thing that kept the trip amazing were the other people on the boat.
Very overpriced for the service and activities involved compared to other companies such as sailcroatia and booking directly with katarina lines.
The ship was small, We were promised air conditioned rooms (which other boats who paid almost $600 less had) and we did not have them.
Rooms were too hot to sleep in 90% of the time.
Hotel for Ultra music festival was almost an hour away, We were told 15 minutes, Also the rooms were not air conditioned as we were promised.
Also we were made to retrieve our bags from the boat at 8am on the Saturday (night after ultra night one) which finished at 6am which is ridiculous.
Would not recommend busabout tours to anyone, Overpriced and full of lies.

Lauren was informative and professional but also let her hair down and joined in the shenanigans. But above all else she was patient. Always happy to explain to daily plans endlessly to whoever hasn't listened.
She was upfront about any costs (ie. Taxi or admissions)
The week we spend sailing was an absolute highlight of our Eurotrip thanks to Lauren.

The days were eventful but at the same time not tiring and you have plenty of time to do your own thing although mingling with the group is the way forward. The sights and memories will live long in my head.
Lauren (Pinky) was simply awesome! Knowledgeable, accommodating, lots of fun and knows how to organise a good day/night out. Not scared to get involved with games, drinks and conversation and definitely someone I would easily recommend. Thank you Pinky for the great time on the Italian Adventure.

The camp sites were fantastic, the local bars and restaurants were a cultural experience that money simply cannot buy and my favourite experience was the boat tour (and swimming) in the beautiful Amalfi Coast. Most importantly, though, was how awesome our tour guide was! I have honestly never met such a vibrant, fun loving person! Not only did I love her jokes and the way she made it feel like we were just a big group of mates, but the knowledge of Italy that this girl has in her brain is phenomenal! She is worth her weight in gold and I haven't come across a tour guide that can match her! 10/10 loved this tour and would recommend to everyone!

She was very approachable if we needed to ask any questions and was always up to have a good time. Her as the guide made the experience that much more enjoyable. As for the acocmodation it was alright although the toilets and showers were pretty dodgy. Overall I had an amazing time and would defs recommend it to anyone who was thinking of doing it.

It wasn't to over welling and full on. She also advertised the activities really well, answered my questions and made booking them a breeze. We also got the opportunity to hang out with her on one of the activities and she was great, easy to get a long with and very happy to answer questions about other places she's traveled. Was definatly my favourite guide!!

- We need to provide trolleys for the set up - It was really difficult to walk that enormous distance with all of the tents, mattresses, water bottle slabs etc in the sweltering heat. Trolleys would've been a massive help.
- We should provide sandwiches or some sort of food in the mornings for the pax, the lines to get food were enormous so pax were skipping food (never a good idea at a music festival!)

I had an amazing time, the guide was fresh, fun and you could tell she loved what she was doing, made the trip! It'd be amazing if we got to spend a little more time in Sorrento itself, having said that I wouldn't want to cut anything else from the itinerary. Maybe extend a night to have a day to explore sorrento or relax by the pool! I would highly recommend doing all of the optional activities, I missed out on the blue grotto due to the weather but other than that everything else was phenomenal.
