- MDMeganWritten on May 9, 20174.5 - ExcellentWow, wow wow! Given the low cost of this tour I was worried it might not live up to my expectations, but the dates worked perfectly so I thought what the heck. Well it didn't live up to my expectations, it exceeded them! Now don't expect any bells and whistles on this tour, you won't get that. What you will get is to enjoy amazing experiences, meet incredible people and see a slice of the real Africa! The Gorillas are obviously the highlight of the tour but there are so many more understated experiences that will leave you, just like me, saying "WOW"!! If you can try and get on a tour with Derek and Angelo. Two of the most delightful gentleman to exsist on this planet! They made this trip as far as I am concerned! They are an amazing team and looked after the crew in every way possible, with the right balance of freedom and guidance. I'm jealous of those who got to spend more time with these two!! Lastly, if time allows, add on some extra legs. Eight days just wasn't enough!!Show detailed ratingsAbsolute Africa commented on this reviewThank you for your review, Megan. Great to hear you enjoyed your time in Uganda and Rwanda with Absolute! We will be sure to pass on your comments to Derek and Angelo too :)

Can you help us with our visas if needed?
Unfortunately we are unable to give visa advice due to the vast number of nationalities which our customers represent. Some nationalities can travel freely over borders, where others require advance permission to enter. There are also changes in requirements from time to time. We recommend checking your local embassy or consulate's website for the latest up to date information.
What are people saying about TourRadar?
- Ricardo11th October 2017I reserved a 14 day tour of Europe and mistakenly reserved and paid for the wrong tour date. Realizing what I had done I contacted TourRadar and they rectified the situation rapidly and efficiently. A refund was issued for the monies not used and I am so far a very satisfied customer. I hope that the actual tour will go as nicely, and I will be very happy.
