  We are from Asia and will need to apply for a Schengen visa before travelling to Europe and joining the tour. As part of the visa application process, we understand that we may be required to provide proof of accommodation, such as hotel booking confirmations, for our stay in the Schengen countries included in the tour itinerary. Could you please confirm whether hotel booking confirmations can be provided for our Schengen visa application after we purchase and fully pay for the tour package?

    Once your tour is booked and paid in full, we can provide a visa support letter and a hotel list for your tour, which you may use as supporting documents for your Schengen visa application. If your embassy specifically requires hotel confirmations, we can submit a request to our Operations team. Please note that obtaining hotel confirmations is subject to availability and typically takes 3–4 weeks to process.

    Would I have to go around Auschwitz, I've been before and found it too harrowing, I really wouldn't want to go again? Is there a cafe I could stay in with a book?

    You are welcome to explore on your own as long as it doesn't interrupt the scheduled program. For example, if you'd like to visit places like Nymphenburg Palace or Munich Residenz, you can do so. You may also check with your guide for specific timings to ensure you don't miss any key parts of the itinerary. On free days, you are entirely free to tour independently if you prefer not to join the group, just inform the guide. Please note, however, that we do not provide refunds for any parts of the program you choose not to attend. Attendance at visits like Auschwitz is part of the program, but if you prefer not to participate, you may remain elsewhere, such as at a nearby cafe. Your guide can advise on suitable places where you can spend your time comfortably.

    At the time of writing, the total cost for two travellers on July 22nd is US$3,770.00, with a 10% deposit of US$377.00 due at the time of booking. The final payment is scheduled for May 23rd, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file on that date. You may also have the option to pay in instalments, which would be automatically charged fortnightly between now and May 20th.
