Does this tour come in reverse

Im sorry this trip doesn't have a reverse option

I'm interested in some add-ons but don't want to decide before the trip, can I add those optional activities on site during the trip? If so, can I pay with my credit card during the trip? Or I can only pay with cash? USD?

You are more than welcome to book the optional activities while on tour with the help of the CEO. Some suppliers only take cash and others only take card, but the CEO will be able to advise you beforehand (on day 1) so that you can prepare. The suppliers usually only take local currency.

I would like to inquire on the veracity and availability + costs of having this tour booked for anything starting at the end of september 2025 for 2 persons. If there are other shorter versions of this tours, or even a shorter / same size tour which also includes visiting local tribes as well as Safari.

This tour is actually a shorter version of this trip, which is 40 days long. The Night Stars and Spices has a departure date of Mon, 29 Sep - Sat, 18 Oct, currently with two spaces available.

Is it possible to request a single room during the tour?

Single rooms are available throughout the tour for an additional fee, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Could you advise if it would be possible to join this adventure starting in Dar-es-Salam? Would there be a price reduction in this case?

It may be possible to start the tour in Dar-es-Saalam, yes. You would have to make your own way there to meet the group, but there would be no reduction in price.

Is there the option to upgrade to hotels etc instead of camping?

We do not have an upgraded for the option on this tour, you will be camping most nights with some hotel/hostel stays to start and throughout. All of our tours that do that route include participation camping.

I would like to enquire about joining the tour on day 9 or 10 in Iringa or Chitimba. Is that possible? How would the itinerary price be recalculated?

If you wish to join the tour after Day 1, this would be at your own expense, and you would have to make your own way to where the group be at that time. We do not offer a reduced price if you miss services, it would be the full price.

What are the typical costs for flights from North America to the tour location?

Flights start around $2000 CAD from Toronto and $3300 CAD from New York, but prices can vary.

What are the age restrictions for the tour?

The tour has age restrictions typically ranging from 18 to 39 years, aimed at creating an age-coherent travel group.

Would it be possible to do an optional excursion for Livingstone Island (Devil's Pool) Morning Breezer after the tour and add an additional night accommodation and airport transfer?

Yes it would be possible to stay an extra night and add an airport transfer for this trip. You would just need to book the activity independently.
