What is transportation. We are looking for a river cruise

For our Southern Italy and Sicily tour most of the transportation is via motor coach by land. If you are looking for a river cruise, I would suggest our Magical Rhine and Moselle Rivers tour or our Holland and Belgium Springtime River Cruise tour. Both of the suggested tours do not have availability within November of 2025. Our closest availability for those tours is in March or April of 2026.

Cost for additional day in Rome?

To answer your immediate question, pre-nights and post-nights (up to 3 nights) are available for your desired travel date. In order to get an additional night in Rome, you would have to book a post-night at the Massimo D'Azeglio Hotel with a Standard room [including breakfast], quoted at $330 per room, per night.
