It wasn't what we expected at all. It's more of a transit than a tour. In most countries, you only have a 1-hour to 1 1/2 hours stop, so by the time you grab lunch, you don't have time to see anything. The guides on the bus were great, but having a group of 60 people and different people every day made it challenging and not pleasant at all, because usually on a tour you are with the same group for the duration of your vacation. The hotels weren't in good spots, which made it hard to grab something to eat at the end of the day, and almost every hotel we stayed at had issues. our first 4 days, the heating system was leaking and flooding the floor, so I contacted the front desk, who just brought towels to put on the floor the first night but then never came back to fix it or replace the towels, and they never even came to clean the room or give us clean towels. At one hotel, the heat was stuck at 27 degrees, and they told us just to open a window because the AC didn't work. I wouldn't recommend them or use them again, unfortunately.Show more

Our guide Javier Villodre is the best guide I have ever known — not only because of his professionalism, but because he awakens peace, joy, enthusiasm and warmth, and makes one fall in love with Europe and its history all over again. He goes beyond customer service and generates genuine enchantment. I believe his best practices as a professional should be shared not only with other Europamundo guides but also in management roles — I am sure it would be very beneficial for the company.Show more

The circuit is excellent — beautiful places with enough time to visit them all. Punctuality of transfers and guides is one of the highest points. Guides Sergio Montesinos and Diana are excellent — very knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. They handled problems beyond their control with intelligence and calmness, and gave us great tips about food and pickpocket protection. Sergio is an excellent person and professional — don't let him go. The transfer drivers were very punctual and excellent. Coach drivers were also excellent, especially Antonio, who is more pilot than driver. I would be delighted to travel again with Europamundo.Show more
