In particular, we understand how challenging it must have been to navigate long walks in the scorching heat, and we sincerely regret any discomfort this caused. We’re also very sorry that you had to arrange your own transport on several occasions. Our aim is to provide a seamless and relaxing travel experience, and we regret that this part of your journey fell short. Our guide Riana was friendly, engaging, highly knowledgeable and happy to accommodate any requests and answer our questions (of which there were many!). From start to finish, Rianna made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Her knowledge of the destinations was exceptional. She shared so many personal insights and stories that really brought each place to life. And let’s not forget her amazing sense of humor; the puns and jokes she sprinkled throughout the trip kept everyone laughing and lightened the mood. What really set Rianna apart, though, was her approachability. No matter what, she was always there to answer questions, offer advice, or just chat about the day's events. She made everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. The day sheets were always organized and easy to follow, and we always knew exactly what to expect next. Her recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems were perfect, adding a personal touch that made the trip even more special.
