It was fine. Not great. They are very much stuck in the past with rigid meal times and a lot of unnecessary formality. They do t seem to know what to do with a solo traveller and there's little chance of meeting people when you are sat in the same seat at the same table with the same people every meal. Lots of eating ( very formal). Very ordinary included wine. Cabins are spacious and comfortable.Show more

We filed a report with Luffner via their website but to date there has been zero response. We have asked our travel agent to follow up in case they have more clout.
