  The tour was well worth the money we paid. Karim our guide was patient, professional and helpful. He was the sort of guide that you want directing you through the process and the cities. The optional shows that were offered were well worth it - we enjoyed our Budapest dancing dinner show. The Grinzing district in the middle of autumn is probably something that should be replaced - I don’t think too many people opted to go here. There wasn’t too much time dedicated to Bratislava- even though our day was marred with rain this could be a destination that could be extended. I’m Prague we were separated into two hotels - one was a 4 star hotel the other a 3 star. Was wondering why this was the case. I was also wondering if there couldn’t have been opportunities to bond as a group in some capacity. A dinner/ lunch? where we could introduce ourselves. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. Both karim and our driver were very good. Karim made sure instructions were clear and the itinerary transparent.Show more

  I thought the itinerary was great and offered a lot and the standard of the hotels was better than I expected. The tour guide tried, but he was definitely not a 'people person' and made no effort to accomodate anyone who moved slowly and check that all were even off the bus before moving off. I loved the outside tour guides because they added so much historical information but, there was one instance in Prague where I got lost in a crowd , the guide had no stick marker and I ended up missing the entire visit to the castle - was very stressed and took a taxi back to the hotel. I dont speak Chech. Perhaps a Euromundo sign on a raised stick and designated meeting points woulShow more

  Over all I had a wonderful time, I was only disappointed with some of our other passengers. A certain group of people were very inconsiderate to other passengers and particularly to our tour guides. They consistently pushed in lines and shoved people out of the way, At one point I was pushed over doing my shoe lace up, my mum was pushed back into her seat as they were always in a rush to be first or at the front. Abrupt and loud when our tour guide was giving us important information and always requesting Indian food. There were times they had actual tantrums on the rare occasions this particular cuisine was not available and taking it out on our guides who were clearly doing their best and doing a great job at accommodating the entire group. I feel that in the future if there is a group of people with such direct demands to put them in a group of their own to improve the trip for other passengers and to reduce the stress that this would have caused the guides.   In general we were very happy, the hotel in Ruen was really bad (curtains hanging down and felt so run down) but breakfast was ok We paid for extras that weren’t offered by the guide ( Tony) to the group(received quick refund 👍) Your local guides are amazing patient, informative & polite ) Driver 👍, Salvador was really good. Miguel very good and Tone was good, Tony gave very clear information about the places we were visiting , Angeles amazing, so friendly and calls us familia, makes the group feel integrated and happy, she is caring. We did so much and we enjoyed it all thank you Europa mundo, we’ll recommend you.Show more
