      For our Kenya and Tanzania Safari 35 to 45 (35 To 45) tour departing on October 5, 2026, here are the extra night details. Pre-tour hotel accommodation is not yet available, as our team is still coordinating with suppliers. For the post-tour hotel, here are the details: Hotel: Gold Crest Hotel Arusha, Room type: Single, Date: 15-Oct to 16-Oct-2026, Price: EUR 129.00, No. of Nights: 1, Status: Confirmed (subject to change). For arrivals, transfers are not provided. On the final day of the tour, a complimentary transfer will be offered: departing Karatu around 12:00 for Arusha Airport (ARK), and continuing to the post-tour hotel in Arusha around 13:00 for those extending their stay. This is the only transfer available from Karatu to Arusha Airport and the post-tour hotel at the end of the trip.

      Do you know roughly the costs for the pre-night ? is the return flight back to germany definately from ARK ? Yestersay one pf your colleagues said it would be from JRO ? Pleas let us know which airport and flights you would recommend for the trip.

      At this time, we apologize as the pre-hotel accommodation has not yet been validated, so we are unable to provide approximate rates. Our team is actively coordinating with the supplier regarding availability. For your departure, you may choose to fly out from either Arusha Airport (ARK) or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Please note that transfers to JRO are not included but can be purchased at the post-hotel in Arusha or arranged directly with the Trip Manager while on safari. If you plan to depart from Kilimanjaro International Airport, onward flights should not be scheduled before 16:30. If you choose to fly out from Arusha Airport (ARK), a complimentary transfer will be provided on the last day of tour. This departs Karatu around 12:00 for Arusha Airport and then continues to the post-tour hotel in Arusha around 13:00 for guests extending their stay. Please note this is the only transfer available from Karatu to both Arusha Airport and the post-tour hotel at the end of the trip. Onward flights from Arusha Airport should not be scheduled before 15:00
