  Firstly the airport transfer was not at the meeting point, we just made it to the meeting point within the 1 hour we were given but he was not there, as our flight was late we assumed he had left without us so we got a taxi which cost us 40 euro. He then rang me while in the taxi asking me where was I!! We did not have any contact with the tour guide until the next morning when we got on the bus. When we got on it was packed and no seats available for us to sit together. We eventually got two seats together on the back seat squashed in the middle of 3 other people. We had 3 buses in total during our trip and not one of them had a working toilet!!! The tour guides (we had 3 during our trip) they were all exhausted and flustered and mainly spoke in Spanish. The accommodate in Paris - they had 4 hotel drop offs, we had to get off at the 2nd hotel and get an uber to our hotel as the bus couldn’t drop to all 4. Our uber drove us roughly an hour back in the direction we had come and we got to our hotel at 10pm. The hotel was not the best and the breakfast was disgusting (i would not give my dog what they dished up). We did not do any of the optional extra night tours as we did not have the confidence with the tour operator to do them. Overall we are very disappointed in the trip and will not be booking or recommending Tour Radar or Europamundo to anyone.Show more

  The guide Marie was not clear with her English language. Over all she was very sweet. The Amsterdam Diamond factory was not actually a Diamond Factory, it was a show room. They showed us diamonds worth EU 300,000 and wasted our time. Which tourist will buy 300,000 worth diamond. It was a diamond and watch showroom, please correct your wordings in the program page. Remove this from the list, there were many more good attractions in Amsterdam that could have been added. Bruges ,we did not have time for lunch or waffles, as we took a boat tour on our own, 1 Night in Bruges would be excellent, to enjoy the surroundings. Pls add boat tour its truly worth it. Montmartre, cable car was mentioned in teh pakage,but Marie said we have to pay our own,this is not right, and we did not take a cable car nor go up the hill. Paris was wonderful, the tour guide was execellent, and the double decker bus was execellent. Both hotels were excellent. Overall Europamondo is teh best travel agency worth its price, we will surely go with Europamondo in the coming months and every year.
