  Not recommended for non-native Spanish speakers! Europamundo is based in Spain, but we expected an equal experience since the tour was advertised as in English, but that was far from the case. We were treated as second-class citizen being only English speaking. The entire trip was heavily biased towards Spanish language in both content and interactions. Two of the stops (Dresden and Sachsenhausen) didn't even offer English speaking guides. There were good English speaking guides in both Berlin and Prague. Logistics and communication were also very poor throughout the trip. The tour guides always went with the Spanish-speaking group and their group was late getting back to the bus at EVERY stop, twice at least a half hour. Also the transfer operator on our inbound travel didn't show up at the train platform to pick us up as expected in Berlin. I finally contacted the operator after about a half hour waiting and was informed they had already left the station and weren't coming back, so it cost us extra for a taxi ride to our hotel. They need to inform their contracted operators to be more specific in a meeting location and be aware phones and other means of communication might not work well for those coming from outside of Europe.

  I was a solo female traveler and I had a great time in Berlin. My group was ~10 spanish-speaking tourists and Montse did a fantastic job including me and translating for me. The hotel & breakfast in Berlin was amazing. I felt really safe. In Prague, it was not that great. First, the hotel was mediocre and the breakfast smelled like paper and tasted like water. Secondly, the group was roughly 25 English speaking tourists. With a bigger group meant we were constantly waiting for someone, making us late a lot. We were 1 hr late to start our tour of Prague Castle because ONE person wanted to get their jacket. The best part of Prague was when I got free time and got to be away from this group. Otherwise, city was great.

  Javier went beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our trip. He always was checking on my sister who was walking with a cane. He was awesome. Definitely would go on another trip with him!

  All guides are very informative. Hotels are very suitable for family of 3 adult.Transportation is very smooth and ontime.

  The description of Tour is actually different with the real tour. We supposed to have 3 hrs Berlin Tour but turned out there were only 2 hours and they skipped a few spots which were shown on brochure. Tour guides are nice. Everything / every event is on schedule. Hotels are good. But the breakfast of DUO hotel at Prague is not good.
