Will the tour group be brought to restaurants for meals not included in price OR will there be 'free time' for meals?

Breakfast is included in the cost, you will get this in hotel itself. for Lunch or Dinner either you can take this at hotel or our driver will assist you to some local restaurant. For lunch and dinner you will have to pay.

Are transfers to and from hotel included? Is the group transferred from one destination to another via air conditioned, with bathroom, coach bus?

This tour is a Group tour. Means you and your group only. In this all the transfers, sightseeing, Pickup Drop are already included. You will be allotted car/Tempo Traveller from your arrival day to Departure day. The alloted transport depends upon number of travellers if its just 3-4 Innova will be given, more than 4-5 then Tempotraveller. All these vehicle will be fully air conditioned. Also this is not a big group. it will be maximum of 8-10 persons.

We booked the tour with GeTS Holidays and all our correspondences were online through the tour representative with Anu who was very professional, responsive and prompt to reply. This tour is self-guided itinerary and pre planned route with a private driver and it gave us the flexibility to see the major sights we wanted to see while leaving us enough time on our own to linger longer at places that we loved to spend more time at. Also, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Anu and Ashita, who went above and beyond when we encountered issues with our hotel rooms. Upon checking in, we were highly disappointed with the initial rooms we were assigned. They did not match with what we had requested and faced significantly noise issues. I immediately reached out to Anu to explain the situation. From the moment I contacted her, she handled everything with absolute professionalism, speed and care. She handled the situation and advocated on our behalf and successfully secured the quieter rooms that exceeded our expectations. Having a representative who genuinely cares about the guest experience 24/7 makes all the difference. Thank you to Anu and Ashita for the outstanding support! Our driver for the entire trip from New Delhi to Amritsar, Surinder was a total professional, kind and patient gentleman. He was punctual every single morning, kept a spotless and comfortable air-conditioned car. We ran into some incredibly challenging road conditions, including tight, bumpy, narrow winding roads and massive bumper to bumper traffic jam. Through it all, Surinder stayed completely calm, focused and navigating the sharp turns and gridlock with absolute precision. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We were in good hands and Thank You Surinder for a safe, smooth, stress-free ride under the tough and long journey on the road. Our tour guide Gurpreet Singh aka Guru to the golden temple at Amritsar was easily the highlight of our trip. What made the experience so special was Guru’s willingness to share his personal culture and faith with us, gave us a beautiful and first-hand glimpse into the daily life, traditions and spiritual practices of Sikhism. Guru is an authentic story telling and he explained the local customs and religious landmarks with a sound knowledge and level of passion. I highly recommend this tour operator and will consider booking another tour of India with this company again in the future.Show more
