Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the overall itinerary. We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the flight check-ins and seat selection. I would like to clarify that, as part of our booking procedure, it is our policy to use our contact details when making flight reservations so that our team can manage and assist with the bookings when required. In your case, our team made every effort to secure the preferred seats and assist with the check-in process. However, as some of the flights were operated as codeshares, the operating airlines were unable to provide access to the seat map, and the seat maps were also not available to us online. Unfortunately, this limited what we could arrange in advance. Regarding the hotels, we are genuinely sorry that they did not meet your expectations, particularly after you chose to upgrade the accommodation. We did check with each hotel following the upgrades regarding the availability of exercise/gym facilities. Wherever we were able to confirm such facilities, we shared the information with you in advance. The 4-star hotels selected were properties that we regularly use and have generally received positive feedback on, and we have not previously received complaints regarding their overall standards. That said, we fully respect that hotel preferences and expectations are very personal, and we are sorry that the properties did not meet your expectations on this occasion. For clarity, in Delhi and Agra, we had arranged 5-star hotels for you, while the remaining stays were at 4-star properties. We also appreciate your comments regarding the gym facilities, particularly the limited equipment, maintenance and operating hours. We will certainly share this feedback with the respective hotels and review these aspects more carefully when selecting properties for future clients, especially when exercise facilities are an important requirement. We value your feedback and will use it constructively to improve both our hotel selection and the level of assistance we provide with flight arrangements. Regarding the closures, as advised prior to your trip, Eravikulam National Park was closed during your travel dates. However, we sincerely regret that we were not informed in advance by our local partner about the closure of the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, and therefore could not update you beforehand.
