  Generally, well organized trip. The main office's admin & support was superb, but as the trip itself was managed by local staffs, sometimes quality of service varied. Once I wasn't able to find my guide at Taj - I tried to make a call, but couldn't reach him. I think that was because the local office changed the appointed guide at the last minute, so the mobile number given to me turned out to be someone else's. However, when I got into another trouble of missing a train upon departure from the tour, the main office and local staff were super supportive. They tried the very best to get me to the destination, and made sure my safe arrival to the hotel (in midnight). The best thing about using the tour company- felt assured and secure.   A Dream Trip: Entire Rajasthan including Golden Triangle and Agra; We recently (Dec.12 2017) returned from a total Rajastan Tour of 22 days. During that time we visited 11 towns and cities and stayed at 10 hotels, and everything was perfect, beyond my optimistic expectations. We started with talking with Rahul, who planned a perfect itinerary for us. He did an excellent job in advising us and to design a perfect itinerary just as we wanted. We were greeted at the airport by the GeTS team with flowers which made us feel pampered. From that time on we traveled in a private car, with an excellent driver Sushil, who made the trip very pleasant and safe for us. At every location, we were greeted by local GeTS people and registered to our hotels. We then, had wonderful tours of the mystic castles and palaces with very professional and knowledgeable tour guides. The guides were so professional and pleasant (such as Mahaveer Singh from Jodhpur), they did not have problems adding extra places which were not on the itinerary upon our request. At any time, we were under the reliable assistance of a Gets employee. Since we are architects, we requested that we stay in Havelis (restored historic buildings converted into boutique hotels). And they delivered! We stayed in beautiful dream like hotels which made the trip so much more valuable and unforgettable. This was a mystic, wonderful and a safe trip beyond our expectations. Every other day, Tuti from guest relations called us to check if we were happy with everything. We returned with wonderful memories and consider another trip soon. I recommend GeTS Travel and this team to everyone considering to travel to India. You will have one of your best adventures.Show more

  Our tour with GeTS Holidays went very well. We visited Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Mumbai. The GeTS team organized a great trip which allowed us to see many sights, shops, and local culture. Our driver Ashish Ghandi was always prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and safe. Having him along with us on our journey was definitely one of the highlights of this trip. Our guides were knowledgeable and also flexible with regards to any itinerary modifications. Having the GeTS team check on us every couple days and having the ability to contact the representative assigned to us 24/7 through Whatsapp was great as it provided safety and comfort throughout our trip. We were skeptical about doing a private tour instead of a group tour in the beginning, but the private tour ended up being excellent and was the right choice for us. If I had to find a fault, it would be that it was a little repetitive when every guide in every city would take us to specified shops towards the end of a day of sightseeing. However, there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. It was actually interesting to hear the stories behind some of the shop vendors' products and in some cases even see how it was made. If I were to do another trip to India I would definitely book with GeTS Holidays again.Show more

  We are an English group of 4 middle-aged adults who were looking to have an adventure in India. We found Gets holidays on the internet as we like to use local companies when traveling because they usually offer the best experiences and know the local terrain. We were so lucky that we chose Gets Holidays. From the planning stage they advised us on what we should do and see within our timescale and then they added things that would make it so exciting. Elephant riding, rickshaw riding, a train ride, a few boat rides and a ride in a tut tut to name a few and at all times we felt safe. We even saw a tiger ! . We travelled from Delhi to Mumbai with gets holidays visiting Agra; rathanbore; Jaipur; jhodpur & udaipur on the way. We had wonderful drivers and professional tour guides who looked after us so well. and we saw the most amazing things that you could not have found without expert guides. We were telephoned most days by the office to check that all was ok and there were no problems which obviously there were none because the planners had thought of everything. To list everything we have seen would be impossible so my suggestion would be that if you are tempted to visit India and happy to live out if a suitcase for a few weeks then contact Gets and get them to build the adventure of a lifetime at a price that beat everyone else. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and please contact me for any other questions.Show more

  If you are visiting India especially for the first time, all kinds of thoughts and questions must be going through your mind. That is what was happening to me when I was planning to visit India back in May, 2017. I came across GeTS Holidays who helped me plan this trip. We were gone for 3 weeks. GeTS made this holiday a memorable one for us that we will cherish for the rest of our life. There are lots of tour companies in India and abroad that may promise a lot of things even at a lower price but how they execute on their promises is what matters most. GeTS is all about execution. All the estimates in travel time were spot on and the time suggested for Delhi, Agra, Neemrana, Jaipur and Udaipur was well balanced....took the worry out of the trip and allowed us to enjoy the trip rather than stress about it.
