  Among my 4 international group tour experiences, it was the last! Why? I will rate (honestly) the important factors, including the coach, hotels, guides, and general program. 1. This company is designed for "Spanish" speakers. So, if you speack Spanish I highly recommend it! Because those are treated as "first class" passengers and the rest as second class. Some examples: I. They are always the first to hop on the Coach (bus), so they have the best seats. II. They always get checked in first in the hotel. III. They always hop on first on excursions, including the boat cruise, etc. IV. Sometimes they get checked in even before going to the hotel, while the international passengers need to wait!. 2. Bilingual (and sometimes speaking three languages in one coach) by different guides is not pleasant. You have to be silent for a long time, not understanding what they say. Also, consider that the "details" of each guide are different. It is normal that each guide has his own way to speak, but again, the Spanish guides provide at least twice the amount of talk and info! (I dont say it is useful, but they provide more info). 3. The main issue is the quality of the coach. We had to change the coach constantly. The quality of the majority was awful!!!! (no charges for phones, no place in front of the seat to put your personal items, and many other factors). Based on my previous experiences, the coach was very bad. 4. The hotels were not also good. I would prefer to pay a little more but have a nicer experience at the hotels. 5. Who are your co-travellers? Based on my 7 days tour and dynamically changing guests from one day to another (different cities), you have a Spanish-speaking group (from Spain, Mexico, Argentina, etc), some East Asian groups, some guests from India (living around the world), and also some from Middle Eastern Arabic-speaking countries. 6. What could be done better? I think the organization providing some rules to hop on the bus or other simple rules could help to make the trip more enjoyable. We as guests should not need to compete with each other to hop on the bus or get the room key!. It is definitely because of poor organization. Finally, it was my first experience with this company. I enjoyed some parts of the trip. I don't say do not try it. But you should know what you will face before you book this trip. I personally prefer more comfortable and more organized tours, even if they are slightly more expensive. Also, definitely the one-language tours are preferred. I thank you, the tour guides, and other people who have tried to make this trip pleasant for everyone as much as they could. Although there is always room for better quality.Show more

Since the Spanish-speaking group was larger, this may have created the impression of preferential treatment, but all guests receive the same information and attention. We sincerely regret if this situation was perceived otherwise. Regarding the coach and hotels, we always strive to provide comfortable and quality services, but we take note of your comments for future improvements.   Tour guides were excellent. Hotels were very good, much better than expected with great breakfasts. Would have preferred skipping BMW headquarters for more time in Munich and skipping Svwarski Crystal in Innsbruck for more time in Salzburg. Everything was closed when we got to Salzburg which was disappointing. Otherwise everything was great.Show more

  Our group from Toronto embarked on a European Tour for 8 days and it was most enjoyable! Our driver Lucas and Rene Amaro had a great teamwork. Lucas is a very safe driver who took us places around Central Europe. Rene is very patient and very accommodating and really connects well with everyone in the group. Overall our trip went well, only time is not enough to explore all the magnificent places we’ve been! Hopefully we’ll get services of Europamundo again in the future!Show more

  Don't take this tour and possibly any tour with Europomundo. It operates like a hop-on hop-off bus, sometimes picking up people in carparks or even from the side of the road. Very unprofessional presentation by guide who spent every minute outside the bus smoking. Most days he wore a hoodie, baggy jeans and basketball boots. We had no idea what we were getting in to so it was a complete shock. We were not told until we were already in Europe that this company was running the tour, not the company we had booked through in Australia. We had just finished an 18 day Spain, Portugal, Morocco tour with them so assumed it would function in the same way. At times there were 8 people on the tour, other days 50+. You never knew who you were travelling with. Maybe young people don't mind this style of touring but it definitely did not appeal to us. There are many hours spent on the bus and although it was an English speaking tour, English was rarely heard on the bus.Show more
