Non US resident park fees. (applicable to non US residents only)- can you tell me how much additional cost for the non citizen?

    • Bindlestiff ToursOperatorWritten July 2026

The Department of Interior announced significant changes to the National Park Service (NPS) fee structure affecting commercial group tours. Beginning January 1, 2026, the Department of the Interior is implementing a new entry fee system specifically for non-U.S. residents and have confirmed that these will apply to guests on commercially guided tours as well as guests on non-commercial tours.

These changes impact 11 of the most visited national parks: Acadia, Bryce Canyon, Everglades, Glacier, Grand Canyon, Grand Teton, Rocky Mountain, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Zion.

Park entrance fees are included in the price of all tours, however the new non-resident fees are not included as part of the tour cost and are an additional fee that the national parks are imposing on non-US residents.

New Fee Breakdown for Non-U.S. Residents:

Starting January 1, 2026, visitors who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents will have two options for entry into affected parks:

      1. The New Non-Resident "America the Beautiful" Pass:
      Cost: $250 USD.
Coverage: This pass covers entrance fees for the pass holder and up to 3 additional adults (ages 16+) traveling together, whether in a private vehicle or as part of a commercial tour.

      2. Individual Non-Resident Entry Fee:
Cost: $100 USD per adult (ages 16+).
Application: This is a per-person fee that applies to each affected park visited. For passengers on a Commercial Ground Tour without a pass, this $100 fee is required in addition to standard commercial entrance fees.

Why did the tour price, originally €1387, suddenly rise to €1460? The deadline to take advantage of that offer has not yet expired.

    • Bindlestiff ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

Pricing can fluctuate due to several factors. For this particular tour, the original price is set in USD, but we offer the conversion to EUR for your convenience. Therefore, the difference in conversion may affect the pricing daily.

In USA, is it better to pay cash or by credit/debit card? Moreover, as I have my flight to come back to Italy on sat. 18th at 9.10 pm from Las Vegas airport, do you recommend I book an airport transfer?

    • Bindlestiff ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

There are both cash requirements and credit card options on this tour. All pertinent information regarding each is given after confirmed booking. This tour returns to Las Vegas at approximately 5pm on Saturday and we don't recommend securing flights internationally before 9pm. Domestic flights may be OK to book a little earlier. Transfer from the drop off point to the airport is readily available via any number of taxis or rideshares (Uber) available 24/7 in Las Vegas and the ride is only 10 minutes.
