  The tour was great you seen a lot of places in a short time. It turns out to be a faced finding mission. There's no time to get to know the places. It's a great way to find out DO I WANT TO RETURN for a longer stay. It's not relaxing at all you're on the go just about the whole time.Show more

  Please allow us to express our sincere regret that you were not able to complete this trip due to the tragic death of your father, we are very sorry to hear of your loss. However, it is stated in our terms and conditions that there is no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday. It is for this reason that Trafalgar strongly suggests that our guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their departure in the unlikely event that such instances occur. As such, we would advise that you contact your travel insurance to inquire to see if they are able to assist concerning this. Nonetheless, we hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you on one of our guided holidays in the future.

  All meals should have been included in the package with possibly 1 evening on our own. Also all excursions should have been included with the package such as the boat tour on the Seine. Last year we traveled to Scotland and Ireland with CIE Tours and it was all inclusive. The only 4 star hotel was in Lucerne and the Pullman hotel is not a 5 star hotel. Robin the driver was excellent.Show more

We recognise that you would have liked for some of the Optional Experiences to have been included in the itinerary; however, we offer these to allow our guests to explore further or to give those that would prefer to undertake independent sightseeing or leisure time, the opportunity to do so. That said, if there are any doubts about our Optional Experiences, their full details and prices can be found either on the Trafalgar website, in our brochure or in the information pack that is sent to each of our guests before the start of every trip. We do encourage our guests to familiarise themselves with these so as to avoid any potential disappointment once the trip is already underway. Despite this, we are pleased to know that our Coach Driver has provided a more accurate representation of the quality of our standards; and we still hope that you have taken lots of lasting highlights from your time away with us.

  I thoroughly enjoyed the 12 day European Experience tour. Kassie Jones is an excellent organiser and has so much knowledge about the places we visited. She also showed care for all of the passengers. I appreciated her assistance with getting on and off the bus. Kassie also gave us information about places to eat and where to find toilets. I appreciated her advice on where to buy earrings in Venice. Kassie helped to make our trip fun, enjoyable, and a learning experience.Show more

  I absolutely loved my tour. All the hotels were fantastic with the exception of the hotel we used in Germany, the staff were rude and abrupt to our Tour Director who was polite and professional in his dealings with staff. Although the hotel in Germany was pleasant and comfortable the customer service could do with some attention. It would help if staff smiled when checking you in and smiled when answering your queries rather than treating you like you are a nuisance.Show more
