From the first contact, we were met with fast responses, useful information and flexibility to plan a trip that would fit in all we wanted to see in the short time we had. Reasonably priced too. They confirmed gorilla licences when other agencies told us they were sold out (we booked in July for August). Our guide Amos was very well behaved, very polite and passionate for his work and his country which is both uplifting and contagious ;)) A great spotter, patiently stopping frequently for us to take the best photo and has infinite knowledge, particularly about birds. Wifi is offerred while in the jeep which was good being that we spent a lot of hours driving. Uganda is probably the most beautiful country I have visited in Africa so far, lush, authentic and with vast animal population. We almost saw all animals in day 1! Food was delicious and accommodation basic but clean and comfortable (we traveled budget but upgrades are available). Best thing about this agency and one of the reasons we picked it was that it also supports local communities which is the way to go no matter where one travels.Show more
