We are three busy working moms and she was always prompt in communicating and helped us secure a great rate on the Sonesta George cruise (which we loved!) with a private guide who was outstanding. We had limited time to plan and she helped us arrange an unforgettable girls trip. This cruise was a step above all the other cruise ships we saw on the Nile- clean, beautiful, more good food than you could possibly need. The chefs and staff were warm, welcoming and truly made this experience unforgettable. Have some caution with the jewelry store as I think we were taken advantage of there. We developed a real affection for the talented chefs bringing us their beautiful creations. We even took a chance on the fresh veges and fruit and no one got sick. The stops made touring relatively easy… we were expecting more walking and effort to get to the sights. Heba helped us watch flights to Aswan and secure one that opened up late so we could add an Abu Simbel adventure to our itinerary. She also helped with transfers to the Red Sea and airports which were seamless with kind drivers. We saw, learned, and did a LOT! If we had our children along we would have tailored this differently because we did a lot of travel to see many things in a relatively short amount of time.
