- Day 1
Calgary to Banff
You'll arrive at Calgary Airport and head to your hotel in Banff, a historic Château-style property that's one of Canada's grand railway hotels. After checking in, you'll meet your Travel Director and the rest of the group for a Welcome Dinner this evening.

- Day 2
Banff
A Cree Iroquois Local Expert leads you through the Boreal Forest on a guided walk where you'll learn about plant medicines, animal significance, and First Nations heritage stories. Later, you can either relax at Banff Hot Springs or take a guided tour of the historic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel with a knowledgeable ambassador.

Lake Louise
You have the option of a helicopter flight over Three Sisters Peak or Mt Assiniboine (weather dependent), then drive to Moraine Lake for photos of Canada's largest glacially fed lake. Lunch happens at Louiza Restaurant at Chateau Lake Louise with views of soaring peaks and Victoria Glacier. After that, you'll photograph Lake Louise before heading back to Banff for a relaxed afternoon. In the evening, you can optionally ride the Banff Gondola for scenic views (75°F/24°C expected).

- Day 4
Icefields Parkway - Jasper
You'll drive through Yoho National Park with photo stops at Emerald Lake and Takakkaw Falls, then travel the Icefields Parkway, considered one of the world's most beautiful drives. By evening, you'll arrive at a glacier-view resort for a Champagne reception. Before dinner, walk on the Columbia Icefield Skywalk, a glass-floored walkway at 918 feet above Sunwapta Valley. Dinner features Canadian-inspired, locally sourced food with cocktails and glacier views.

- Day 5
Jasper
An early morning visit onto the Athabasca Glacier happens before other travelers arrive, riding in a massive Ice Explorer vehicle. You'll walk on the frozen glacier flow with a Local Expert who explains the region's history and geology. From there, you'll continue along the Icefields Parkway to reach Jasper National Park, known for its mineral hot springs, colorful meadows, and mountain scenery.

Jasper
Your morning includes an easy scenic float down the Athabasca River (a Canadian Heritage River) with a National Park licensed guide handling the rowing while you watch for wildlife like elk, deer, moose, coyotes, wolves, eagles, and bears. Later, your Travel Director leads an informative walk through Maligne Canyon, the deepest gorge in Jasper. You'll finish with a narrated cruise on Maligne Lake, gliding past jagged peaks to Spirit Island.

You'll drive to Kananaskis, a mountain area kept quieter than neighboring Banff National Park. The afternoon lets you explore local trails around your upscale hotel or visit the Nordic Spa just steps away. Tonight, you'll join the group for a Celebration Dinner at Kananaskis Mountain Lodge to toast the trip.
