  I read from one of your responses that 3 people at a minimum are required for a trip to happen. My question is if we book a particular date, but then subsequently you don't get any other people booking for that same day, will this affect our booking? The issue being that our flights would be affected. Put simply, when you confirm a booking after payment, is the departure guaranteed?

    Yes, this tour requires a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

  Is this a guaranteed departure, or does it depend on minimum participants? What is the typical group size? Is the price based on shared rooms or private? And how many people will i share room with if it's shared?

    Ye, the tour requires a minimum of 3 guests to be confirmed. The price is based on twin rooms (2 people per room), private room option is also available. The groups are from 3 to 8 maximum.

    What about the tour starts on July 4th? Do you think you will have enough guests for that date? And if i do the July 4th tour ending on 10th, do you think I'll have enough time to catch the flight after the tour if i book my departure flight from Podgorica Airport (TGD) for 8:40pm on July 10th? Lastly, just to confirm this tour is not going to any Schengen countries since I'll need a visa for it, just Montenegro & Bosnia?

  My client is a single senior. She would like her own room, she doesn't want the shared accommodations, she doesn't mind paying of need be. Can you please provide a single rate.

    The single room is possible; you get that as an option at the payment section. Please note that this tour has a minimum number of guests required in order to confirm departure.

    The extra cost for a private room will be 320 euros. Please note that the tour requires a minimum number of participants, and for those dates, you would be the only one booked so far. We can wait for others to join us. We do have a 6-day tour which visits Bosnia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania starting on May 1st and 5th. Let me know if you would be interested in that one.

  How many mornings does the tour depart prior to 7:30am? Also, is the departure date guaranteed.

    Each day starts around 8-9 am. Please note that a minimum of 3 is needed to confirm, so the departure is guaranteed only after the minimum is reached.

    The Private tour can also be with 1 person and this is why it is called Private. The price will be based on the number of the people and seasonality.
