It is Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, or Ajet depending the availability of the flights.

Do you drop us off at the pickup hotel at the end of the trip? I have extra luggage I need to store, is storage available?

Yes, we drop you off to the Hotel in Istanbul where we pick you at the beginning of the trip. We don't have storage. It is best, you coordinate this with your Hotel that you will book in Istanbul. Almost all of them have a storage room and doesn't create challanges about keeping your luggage.

I am wondering if there is room for negotiation on the optional hot air ballon flights, I see they cost 343 per person if added at checkout. But a friend of mine that lives in turkey told me that there is options that are much cheaper and that while its offseason I should also be able to get a better price. I am hoping to pay around 180 per person. Or is it possible to book the hot air balloon tour myself with the hotel when on the tour.

The prices on the website are net prices, not able to negotiate. However, you can book the tour package with us and make another planning on your own for the Hot Air Balloon Flight.

Is it possible to have a Spanish guide? If so, which would be the extra cost? Which is the extra cost of the balloon flight?

It is possible in Spanish. Price difference is 200 USD total for 4 tours placed in this package. Hot Air Balloon Flight is 350 USD per person

Do you have promotion for teacher, senior or card benefit?

We have no promotion at the moment.

Does the Second day in Cappadocia require hiking? If so, do you have a similar tour that does not require hiking or maybe includes only one day in Cappadocia. Interested in seeing underground cities but not hiking.

All the group tours in Cappadocia includes hiking. You can still book the package but you can waive joining the northern cappadocia tour if you don't like.

Is the house of Mama Mary included?

In our Ephesus Tours, House of Mary is not one of the places that we visit.

Can I select my seat in advance? Can I add my frequent flyer number to the flight reservation?

The flights are not guaranteed with Turkish Airlines. Those are booked according to availability, time, and price. So, might be Turkish Airlines or any other. If the flight is with Turkish Airlines; yes, of course you can choose your seat, add your flyer number, etc...

Does the Cappadocia tour include free time to go on optional a hot air balloon ride?

The Balloon Tours are conducted between 04:00 - 08:00 am in the morning. The Cappadocia Tours starts around 10:00 am. So, there are enough time to manage both tours.
