It is well organised and as described, with the option to do extra activities along the way too. My leader was Molly who has fantastic. She got the group to each destination safe and sound, without any hassle, and with lots of laughs! She also was extremely knowledgeable about each destination we went to and about the general Aussie culture. She was extremely approachable to any queries that you had and gave me lots of tips and advice for working in OZ after! It is also a great way to make lifelong friends and travel safely. She was a fantastic group leader and was extremely knowledgeable on all the places we went to and about the general culture of oz, this was particularly useful as I am planning to stay on after and work. INTRO TravelOperator•Written August 2025Our Oz East Coast Adventure 28 day tour is our most popular Australia tour. It's jam packed with incredible experiences such as 4x4 driving the epic dunes of K'gari (Fraser Island), sailing the Whitsundays islands, snorkelling the Great barrier reef, or just kicking back and learning to surf in Byron bay. Given that your son is already an avid surfer, he could just rent his own board and head out rather than participating in the lesson. While this isn't a surf-focussed trip, there is also good surf around Sydney (where the tour begins) and the Gold Coast (from Brisbane) so he could always use his free-time in these locations to head out and catch some waves.
