Very, very disappointing. The only event which happened as advertised was the walking tour on the first afternoon....
Very, very disappointing. The only event which happened as advertised was the walking tour on the first afternoon. Absolutely everything else was either cancelled or reduced. In particular the failure to deliver the early entry to the Vatican museum Was particularly disappointing. On top of this the hotel room was particularly poor. It was so small it felt like a single room with two beds crammed in. Overall not worth the money.Show more

Dear David, we are sorry to receive this complaint even if the suppliers in Rome said the tours ran correctly and without problems but the original Vatican tour (the one with breakfast and early pickup is no longer available) Emanuela and I have checked the availability with all the local providers but it is a tour with an high request and the availability ends quickly. Anyway I rescheduled the best Vatican tour as the alternative. Regarding the hotel, that one is a 4 stars hotel as per your brochure.
