- LLisanne· November 13th, 2025To keep it short, many things were missing and I did not felt taken serious. Food the worst I've ever had. ->Not doing any traditional things: -no didgeridoo, no bumerang, no traditional food, no contact with aboriginees ->Food: only fast food, Wraps, Burger, the cheapest and unhealthiest wrapped in plastic from the supermarket full with chemicals and not washed before preparing. The guide laughing to the people that they now all have to eat a lot of sugar. ->Guide: Jordan. Bad driving skills, driving fast over wholes in street and speed bumps. People in the bus sleeping were waking up with a shock after this. Guide is laughing.... never experienced such a disrespect to guests/passengers. He did not make a wish of foto spot possible at a once in a lifetime trip, would have taken no extra way, just a stop for 5mins. Better stopping at every Café for a extended unneccesarily long breake. Jordan also laughed about questions of interested people about culture and aborigines. Good thing: He privoded enough and good places for toilet breake. ->Uluru: better to go without guide, he forbid us 50% taking fotos. Anyway a beautiful place to visit. Aborigine child stole food from our table. Jordan accepted. ->Kings Canyon: absolute beautiful placeShow moreTrip date: October 2025

Asked on November 19th, 2025We would like to explore Uluru and Kata Tjuta on September 10 and 11, before going to Kings Canyon on September 12, then on to Alice Springs on September 13 for a quick visit. Can you offer an independent tour with guides at each site, the option for lodging (not camping), and transportation?
Autopia ToursOperator•Written November 2025We have public tours available; however, these are all camping tours. We have a 3-day tour that departs from Yulara between 13:00 and 13:50pm on the 10th of September and finishes in Alice Springs on the 12th of September. We have one guide for this tour. Unfortunately, we don't offer any accommodated tours in the Red Centre. However, we do have a private charters team who may be able to assist you with a private tour.

Asked on June 27th, 2025Do you make any exceptions for your age limits?
Autopia ToursOperator•Written June 2025Yes we do, we would need you to get a leeter form your doctor stating your fitness or sign a medical waiver after booking. But other than that your age should not be a problem. We would love to welcome you on tour.

Asked on June 12th, 2025Is this tour possible starting and ending in Ayers Rock/Yulara on 19th of december, 2025? Is it possible to have a pick-up from the airport? And what time?
Autopia ToursOperator•Written June 2025We currently have availability for the 19th December 2025. If you wish to book our 3 Day Red Centre Tour you will need to book the tour code RY3-B / RY3-S - As this means the tour starts from Ayers Rock. The pick up from Ayers Rock airport - flight time arrivals we can wait up until is 1:50pm. We also can drop you back off in Ayers Rock however the return will be via the shuttle bus operated by ATT Kings as the tour naturally finishes in Alice Springs. You will return back to Ayers Rock around 6:30/7pm therefore it would most likely mean that you will need to book a flight the following day as i dont believe there are any flights after 7pm.

Asked on May 11th, 2025I am interested in traveling to Uluru with my family. My youngest son will be 7 years and 9 months old during the trip in September 2025. The tour description indicates a minimum age of 8 years. Is this a problem?
Autopia ToursOperator•Written May 2025The minimum age requirement for the trip is 8 years, which helps ensure all children are ready for the physical and social aspects of the experience. We do consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Could you please let us know if your son is comfortable in group settings and if he has experience with walking and handling full days of activity?

Asked on December 13th, 2024I would be 73 at time of trip in March. I am active so not worried about doing everything on the trip but want to make sure my age is not an issue.
Autopia ToursOperator•Written December 2024The ages we have listed does not limit you at all! Prior to travel guests will be asked to sign a waiver confirming they are fit to participate in the tour itinerary, given the long walks of at least 6 km and extreme temperatures. You would most likely be required to provide a medical certificate to state that you have any pre-existing conditions and if you are fit/able to do the activities throughout the tour!
- B
Bruce
Traveler•Written December 2024What are the temps during that time if we take this tour?
Autopia ToursOperator•Written December 2024March is still our summer season and can be quite warm, daytime temperature is around +32 and nighttime temperature around +17.
- B
Bruce
Traveler•Written December 2024We are traveling light with just a carry on suitcase and small backpack for each of us. Is that going to be an issue to take along on the trip?
Autopia ToursOperator•Written December 2024You can bring a 15kg per person suitcase that will get stored in our trailer during the day and then a carry on bag that will stay with you on the bus.
