  We have two travelers interested in Balkan tours around the 21st of September. Could you please provide them the highlights of your itineraries to assist them in making a decision?

    Our tours are made for small groups who wish to connect most important tourist sights of each Balkan country. Starting in Zagreb - Capital of Croatia we proceed and visit majestic Plitvice waterfalls, Cenral Bosnia, Capital Sarajevo and must see sights in and arround Mostar. from there we continue UNESCO path by visiting Split, Dubrovnik and Kotor. Passing through Albania and finishing in N. Macedonia.
    Our countries are small so driving and distances are normal and not heavy.
    in each city we have licensed local guide for better experience adn driver is english speaking
    All entrance fee's are included
    hotels are centraly located 4* so after tours no need for using public transportation as tourist sights are in walking distance, so you can explore even on your free time
    if clients want private tour, we are open for that option aswell, but also if tour is private we can change itinerary according to your wishes

Dec Sarajevo hotel Sahat 4* or similar, 2.-3. Dec Mostar hotel Kapetanovina 4* or similar, 3. -4. Dec Neum hotel Vapore 4* or similar, 4.-5. Dec Budva hotel Bracera 4* or similar, 5. Tirana departure. We will drive clients to Tirana airport, also we will include airport transfer upon arrival 27. November.

    The confirmation you sent states "1 SGL", does this mean 1 big bed that is already good for 2 pax? If not, please change to 1 big bed/double room as they are husband and wife as previously stated in our exchange of messages. Moreover, we noticed that the vehicle is a SEDAN. Please change to a van type (they have 1pc checked luggage + hand carry with wheels, each pax).

    For all hotels we booked room with 1 Double bed. Regarding vehicle for 2 pax traveling goes sedan car, for van supplement is needed which is 500 eur

  Can you tip with euros for your guide for the western Balkans discovery trip? Do we need to tip the bus driver? Also, do we need to tip all the different walking tour guides each day that are local to each city? (Separate from the main bus tour guide).

  We are interested in 10 DAYS WESTERN BALKANS DISCOVERY- CROATIA - BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA - MONTENEGRO - ALBANIA - N. MACEDONIA trip leaving 30 September 2023. Before we book this, we need to know if is it a guaranteed departure in small group, or do you need a minimum number of travellers for the tour to proceed. I see that the group size is 10 people and there are 10 places still available. We do not want to book this if it is not guaranteed to take place because not enough people book it. Also we need the name of the hotel accommodation in Zagreb and in Skopje as we would possibly need to stay an extra night at each hotel before and after tour.

    Minimum number of travelers to guarantee the start of this tour is 2. So we can guarantee the tour to start. Hotel Park 45 in Zagreb, Hotel Sultan in Skopje. If no available room upon booking in selected hotels, we will find similar and notify you.

    I have also just looked at hotels. There seems to be availability at Hotel Park 45 on 29 September but no availability at Hotel Sultan in Skopje for 9 and 10 October. After I book tour, we'll talk about other options on Skopje.

    At the end of the tour, we need to stay in Skopje an extra 2 nights on 9 OCT and 10OCT. It would be great if we can stay in just one hotel for 3 nights in a row. Are you able to get us accommodation in a similar hotel that has availability for 8 OCT, 9OCT and 10OCT?
