Although rare, we do reserve the right to cancel our tours due to reasons out with our control and this was one of those instances. Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disruption caused to your plans. We hope you found our customer service team to be helpful as they worked to find suitable alternatives for you. You were offered an upgrade to our 3-Day Ultimate Skye Experience, visiting many of the same locations, but departing a day earlier. Unfortunately, this did not align with your schedule but we were able to arrange 2 1-day tours as well as a partial refund to cover the difference.     I've been checking to book the 2 day Outlander tour for May 21 & May 22. But you still are not showing dates available in May. I was told these dates should be loaded up in September or October. Am I checking the wrong area as I don't see any dates later than March of 2026?

      I apologise for the previous incorrect information. I can confirm that our 2-day Outlander tour does in fact not include any train journeys and is by bus only. Nonetheless, we hope to have the dates for our 2-day Outlander tour for May 2026 bookable on Tourradar within the next month.

      There is typically one 1 larger bed for two people and a single bed for 1 person in our family rooms, and one ensuite bathroom. Is this suitable for your group? There may be an option for a triple room with prior notice!

      The total weight is 111 pounds or 50 kg. The largest piece weighs 35 pounds and is 32" X 18" X 8". It comes apart in 4 easy to transfer pieces that I can take apart & put back together myself.

    My husband is disabled & needs a scooter to get around. The scooter comes apart in 4 pieces the heaviest piece weighs 35 pounds or 15 kgs. I assemble & disassemble myself. Will he be able to take this tour?

Please note that the vehicle used for this tour has a small set of steps to get on and off the bus. Some attractions on this tour may not be scooter accessible due to the age of the buildings.

      Thank you for responding so quickly. He will be able to handle a few steps in and out of your vehicle. If he can't go into a site he will stay on the vehicle. We actually won't be going until May 22 & 23rd of 2026. You currently don't show those date available. But I wanted to assure your company could accommodate him prior to that time.

    I am an older very healthy woman traveling alone. Are there any other older singles ? I prefer a small group and only want to stay in a hotel with a consigere who can book my tours. I do not want to go from hotel to hotel. I also want to shop and do art museums. Also I want a tour that books the airr free line tickets. One way and a shuttle that will pick me up to and going back home to South Carolina

Although, with mobility for our tours, there are 1/2 steps that leads in and out of the bus that passengers will need to be able to access independently. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
