What's included: Private air-conditioned car from Aswan to Abu Simbel and back, all entrance fees, professional licensed tour guide, bottled water, pick-up and drop-off. The visit usually starts early in the morning and you will return to Aswan before your departure.

You should book 4 adults + 1 child (3 years old). The 8-month-old baby is free of charge and will be counted as an infant. About shared rooms with strangers, we do not mix solo travellers together in the same room.

Entrance fees are not included in the tour price. The cost for the full set of entrance fees during the tour is $100 USD per person. This Nile cruise starts in Luxor and ends in Aswan. We offer the same itinerary as a 4 days / 3 nights Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor. If you choose the 4 days / 3 nights cruise, we can replace the last-day flight with a private transfer to Hurghada for an additional $110 USD total.

On the final day of the cruise, the schedule depends on whether you choose to join the optional Abu Simbel tour: If you do join the Abu Simbel tour, your domestic flight from Aswan to Cairo will depart around 7:00 PM, arriving in Cairo at approximately 8:00 PM. If you do not join the Abu Simbel tour, you will head to the airport earlier and your domestic flight from Aswan to Cairo will depart around 8:00 AM, arriving in Cairo at approximately 9:00 AM. There is no midnight arrival; the times on the site are just template placeholders.

There are no direct flights from Aswan to Aqaba. Instead, you can book your international flight from Cairo to Aqaba on the final day of the tour. To allow you to enjoy the optional Abu Simbel visit on the last day, your domestic flight from Aswan to Cairo will be arranged for around 7:00 PM, arriving in Cairo at approximately 8:00 PM. With that timing, please look for an international departure from Cairo to Aqaba anytime from 9:00 PM onward.
