Thank you for your comment, we regret that it may have been interpreted that way, the $50 charge corresponded to the private guiding service in Machu Picchu. In any case, we sincerely hope you had a wonderful experience in Cusco.

We are truly sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced during your trip. From the moment we received your message regarding the room conditions, we immediately contacted the hotel to request a proper solution and ensure you were assigned a room that met your needs. When you mentioned the cold, we also requested a heater to improve your stay; your comfort has always been our priority Regarding the difference in hotels among other passengers, we would like to kindly clarify that, in your case, the hotel assigned was the one you personally selected at the time of booking. About the group tours, we had informed you beforehand that there would be passengers speaking different languages and that the guiding service would be provided in both English and Spanish, which is standard for shared tours We sincerely regret that these situations impacted your experience. Please be assured that your feedback is extremely important to us, and we are continually working to improve our services

This circuit allows access to the upper part of Machu Picchu, where you can enjoy the iconic panoramic view of the citadel and take the classic photo. Please note that this option does not include entry into the main citadel and is primarily designed as a scenic viewpoint.

It says that domestic flights are not included. Are any domestic flights required during the tour?

    • Kantu Peru ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

Inside the cusco package not, but you must consider that to go to Cusco you need a domestic flight from Lima. There are not direct international flights to Cusco. Except from Bogota. All the other flights have to connect from Lima.

If your are plannig to come in april. I would like to inform that there are few tickets to Machu Picchu. Circuit 1 and 3 are sold out. Circuit 1 is the unique available but is close to get sold out too.

With the Puno Lake tour what time does the tour end? And do I need accommodations for the second night. Was wondering if they can give me a transfer to take a later flight out to coordinate with my lima departure to the USA.

    • Kantu Peru ToursOperatorWritten February 2026

The full-day Lake Titicaca tour finishes between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. The last flight that day departs at 6:00 pm. Since the transfer from Puno to Juliaca Airport takes approximately one hour, it would not be possible to arrive at the airport on time for that flight.
