What is the pick-up time at the airport?

Could you let us know if it's possible to either pick up the traveler from the airport and take her directly to the city tour, or pick her up and drop her at the hotel to join the city tour midway?

We can pick up and transfer to the hotel and then join the city tour. But probably can lose the first or the second attraction. If that is not a problem we can organize it as mentioned.

I'm considering booking this trip and wanted to ask about how young a child can be for this trip? It says all ages, is it okay to bring a child who's 15 months? The child can be carried in a carrier during the trip (during hiking) but I want to make sure there can be a pack and play in the hotel room to sleep in and it's safe to travel in general?

Yes, it is possible to travel with a 15-month-old child. Many families visit Cusco and Machu Picchu with young children, and we are happy to help make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. The child can absolutely be carried in a baby carrier during the walks and gentle hikes included in the itinerary. The tours are mostly cultural and not physically demanding, so families with small children can participate without issues. The baby will sleep with you in the room, and that's completely fine. If you need a pack & play (travel crib), we can request one from the hotel, depending on availability. Just let us know in advance so we can coordinate it properly. Cusco and the Sacred Valley are safe destinations for families. The only thing to keep in mind is the altitude; babies generally adapt well, but we always recommend staying hydrated and avoiding overexertion on the first day. If you have any medical concerns, it's a good idea to consult your pediatrician before traveling.

If my flight arrives into Cusco after midnight on the 24th (12:45am), my tour package should be starting on Dec. 23rd, correct? I assume I will be able to check into my hotel room even though it will be past midnight?

Yes, that's correct — if your booking is for December 23rd, your room will be ready upon arrival. Please note that the City Tour is scheduled for the first day. However, if your departure flight on the last day is in the evening, it's also possible to do the City Tour then.

I am a solo traveller interested in your 2,3,4 or 5 day packages. I am wondering about a few things. Firstly, do you accommodate solo travellers on any of your tours? Secondly, can I book my own accommodation or do I need to use yours?

Yes, the hotel is just for you, You need tho choose the option in a SINGLE ACCOMODATION. The hotels nights during the tour are included.

is it possible that you arrange one additional night at the same hotel after the tour ? What would be the approx. price for 1 double and 1 single ?

Yes, It will be the same hotel for all the nights.

Is it possible to schedule airport pickup on arrival day and start the tour the next day? Can the tour start at 1 PM or is it possible to start in the morning?

We can coordinate passenger pickup at the airport. We have two City Tour time slots available: 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM.

Does this allow enough time to be pickup from the airport to hotel and making on time for 12:30 to start for hotel?

Yes, that is a perfect time to arrive in Cusco. At approximately 12:45 p.m., the first tour – the City Tour – begins.

I am trying to visit Peru and first the embassy asked me to have invitation from Peru to get visa. Could you please help me to get invitation?

We found it a bit disconcerting having the tour group varying and the guides everyday. The guide sometimes had to cater for two groups so we needed to find our own way to the station even though directions were perfect. When mentioned and they listed out the hotels ... adding a conveniently these or similar hotels, I was fooled!! I am disgusted with services, this tour company trying to make few dollars out, risking customs health and safety. Those part of same tour was not given the same hotels. I was only English speaking (if not one more person) in first 2 days of the tour, there were no proper information on places visited.Show more

However, seemed a little disorganized at times and confusing. There is a lot of travel to get from place to place so expect long days. They don't accommodate well for seniors or disabilities.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
