Experience of four weeks, trekking and visiting with Nepalgram Adventure Agency - April 2022 - Bimthang Valley, Anapurnas and Tilicho Valley Starting beginning of 2020, I decided to visit and trek to Nepal, aiming specifically the Upper Mustang area at that time. I booked my long haul flight and researched local agencies to deal with and organize the trip. I found Nepalgram Aventure Agency and easily enter into communication with their CEO Arun Karki. In February 2020 everything was finalized and ready for April’s trek. Then, came the Covid and everything was postponed to six months every six months until this possible window of April 2022; two years later. During those two years of Covid crisis, I kept in touch with Arun exchanging on the situation and planning the possible venue on reopening days. Then in April 2022, I met Arun in Katmandou and we decided to skip the Upper Mustang idea as I was alone and a minimum of two people, ie. two permits, is required for this area; and still not so many people back for this destination. Arun was very professional and we agree on a dedicated private tour around Bimthang Valley, Anapurnas and Tilicho Valley. For this tour I had my guide and porter. During the trek permit preparation, Nepalgram organised à Katmandou visit and I met the guide on the evening. We then started the day after, heading to Besisahar, Bahundanda and Dharapani to explore the Bimthang valley; After having explored the Bimthang Valley during five days, we then headed to the Anapurna Circuit portion up to Chame, Upper Pisang, Ngawal and Manang; Then we explored Tilicho Valley up to the Tilicho frozen altitude lake. After the Tilicho valley, we headed back to the Anapurna circuit to Yak Kharka, Thorong Phedi, Thorong La Pass and Muktinath / Kagbeni. Then to Tatopani, Ghorepani - Poon Hill and Pokhara. I let Nepalgram organizing the accommodation & visits in Katmandu, Pokhara, Bandipur and in mountains. All was well and professionally done. The last days of the journey from Pokhara, a private car with driver was also chosen to get a more relaxed end trip. I thank Arun - Nepalram, for being so professional. Special thanks too towards my guide Ang Ringi and porter Deepak so friendly and knocking to every safety aspect; sharing three full weeks in mountains with them will leave unforgettable souvenirs. Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Nepalgram Adventure. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
