Hello Judith thanks for your feedback, due to whether or any unseen circumstances and as per our policy the guide may alter, change or cancel certain activity, sometime due to the logistics some activity may get canceled. But then the guide will offer an alternative activity and that was offered as per our information. These are group tours and on some day tours and activity, there will be guides who speaks multiple languages as per the group dynamics but they speak english as primary language.
