    Dear Constance, Thank you for your review! It really helps us to keep improving. I am so sorry for the delay in our response. We have been in touch with our local partner tour operator in order to give you a complete answer. Our local tour operator confirmed the services as we sent you in the final vouchers but at destination they may have worked in some changes according to weather conditions, the total of passengers confirmed in each service and other situations. I am so sorry about this, we must have been informed that there could be some changes in the services. On the other hand, in the shared service, there may be some delays, since the van must pick up several passengers from different hotels and in the first service, to visit the argentinian side of the falls, there was a passenger who used a wheelchair which take a few more minutes to get him / her in the van. The staff apologize for not informing the rest of the passengers in the service that they were delayed because of this. On the second day, for the visit to the Brazilian Side of the falls, the pick up time informed by our local operator was not the right one for this date. They have informed you of a pick up time which was not the right one, it was a typing mistake. We do apologize for these mistakes and we are sure that we will take your comments to keep improving for the future services. Despite all of this, thank you for the good rate!
