I noticed two departures that fit my schedule: November 9th and November 12th. Before booking, I would like to check the current group dynamic on both dates: Are there already confirmed participants on either the Nov 9th or Nov 12th departure? What is the group profile in terms of age range (ideally looking for a 20s/30s group) and nationalities (any Europeans / French speakers)?

Our trekking departures are guaranteed on the date you book. We organize the trek for solo travelers as well as groups, so even if there are no other participants booked on your chosen date, the trek will still operate with your guide at the same price. Regarding the current group situation: November 9, 2026: We currently have one confirmed participant, a 35-year-old traveler from Austalia. November 12, 2026: At the moment, we do not have any other confirmed participants. We are still accepting bookings for both November departures, so additional travelers may join either group before the trekking dates. At present, the participant on November 9 is the only confirmed traveler, and we do not yet have information about any French-speaking participants or other Europeans.

What is the name of hotel and lodges? Day 2 sightseeing included in price? Solo female private room if possible in lodges.

We can provide you with a three star hotel in Kathmandu and trekking in Lodge. Kathmandu Hotel Kailash Kuti or Samsara Boutique hotel in thamel. For your convenience we don't have to include sightseeing at this price. Our trekking solo traveler joined the Group and we were provided room of the same gender on the trekking. If on your date nobody booked the same gender we will provide you a single private room or if you need a single room on the trek you have to pay a single supplement.
