Broome
You'll arrive in Broome and connect with your guide for the transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and relax. This evening, you'll join the group for a casual dinner to meet your fellow travellers.

Broome to Wunaamin Miliwundi Range National Park
Start at the Boab Prison Tree, a 1,500-year-old Aboriginal site with real historical significance. From there, you'll travel the Gibb River Road through the Kimberley's rugged terrain and check out Tunnel Creek, a 750-metre natural tunnel. You'll also see Windjana Gorge where ancient marine fossils are visible in the rock, then head into Wunaamin Miliwundi Range National Park before reaching your lodge for dinner.

Bell Gorge
You're heading back to Bell Gorge where cliffs rise around tiered waterholes. Swimming and photography are on the agenda at this spot roughly 300 metres above sea level. If you're interested, there's an optional hike down to the lower pool where you can swim under the waterfall and do some birdwatching.

Landmarks Bell Gorge - Day 4
Kimberley to Drysdale River Station
You'll travel through cattle country to find secluded gorges. At Galvans Gorge, a short walk takes you to a waterhole, then you'll head to Manning Creek for lunch under paperbark trees. After a swim, you'll drive north on the Kalumburu Road toward Mitchell Plateau and arrive at historic Drysdale River Station for dinner.

- Day 5
Mitchell Plateau
After crossing the Drysdale River, you'll climb onto Mitchell Plateau into Livistona palm forests with lookouts, waterfalls, and swimming holes. You'll settle at Mitchell Falls Wilderness Lodge beside Camp Creek. The evening involves watching for wildlife like brolgas, herons, and sea eagles, then a three-course dinner with local produce and regional beers and wines.

Mitchell Falls
Local Aboriginal guides lead you through Mitchell Falls to see the magnificent waterfalls and Indigenous art in the area. You'll hike to Little Mertens Falls first to view rarely seen Indigenous art, then head to Big Mertens Falls. Finally, you'll reach Mitchell Falls where swimming in the pools above the falls and spotting wildlife happen.

You'll get back on the Gibb River Road and ford across the mighty Durack River before reaching Emma Gorge Resort within El Questro's 700,000-acre wilderness area. After settling in, you'll have dinner at the resort.

Emma Gorge and Zebedee Springs
After breakfast, you'll hike to Emma Gorge and swim under a towering waterfall. Lunch happens at El Questro Station, then you'll head to Zebedee Springs, natural thermal pools where you can relax and refresh. You'll return to Emma Gorge Resort for dinner this evening.

Wyndham and Parry Lagoons
Following a hearty breakfast, you're heading to Wyndham to take in Cambridge Gulf from Five Rivers Lookout. Lunch is at an iconic outback pub, then you'll visit Parry Lagoons, a quiet spot that's great for birdwatching.

Lake Argyle and Ord River
You'll spend the morning exploring Kununurra at your own pace, then travel to Lake Argyle, the largest man-made lake in the Southern Hemisphere. A wildlife cruise on the Ord River from shaded vessels lets you see the ecological system created by the dam. Later, you'll have a BBQ dinner while watching the sunset over Lake Kununurra.

Landmarks Lake Argyle Ord River Lake Kununurra - Day 11
Purnululu National Park
You'll leave Kununurra and head to Purnululu National Park where the famous Bungle Bungle Range domes rise 578 metres with their black and orange stripes. Walking along a Livistona palm-fringed trail into Echidna Chasm gives you a sense of the geological and Indigenous cultural history shaped by 20 million years of river erosion. You'll check in at Bungle Bungle Wilderness Lodge for dinner.

- Day 12
Bungle Bungle Range
You'll explore Purnululu and walk along Piccaninny Creek, a winding gorge through the Bungle Bungle domes. You'll reach Cathedral Gorge, a natural amphitheatre, where your guide explains the natural history of the range. There's an optional scenic helicopter flight available if you want to pay extra.

Halls Creek to Fitzroy Crossing
You're traveling to Halls Creek to see the China Wall, an unusual natural quartz formation running six kilometres and named after the Great Wall of China. From there, you'll continue toward Fitzroy Crossing, a small settlement on the Fitzroy River.

Yiyili and Return to Broome
You'll travel to Yiyili for a signature experience, then return to Broome this evening for a farewell dinner with your fellow travellers.
