What is the availability in July to accommodate a group of 10 people?

We would have space for 10 people on our July 11th departure for the Newfoundland & Labrador's Viking Trail. Please note this is a smaller portion of our 12-day Newfoundland & Labrador's West to East tour therefore when your portion of the tour ends, the group would continue to travel East to Gander, Clarenville and St Johns.

Is the trip departing June 6 going ahead?

Unfortunately, the June 6 departure is sold out. Our next available departure for this tour would be July 11 small group departure.

Could you please provide more information on the itinerary, inclusions, and the types of accommodations used during the tour?

how do we get from deer lake airport to Corner Brook. what time do we have to be in cornerbook Glynmill Inn on June 20th

There is no specific time you have to get to Corner Brook the first night as you meet up with the rest of the tour the following day. To get from Deer Lake Airport to Corner Brook we are more than happy to add an airport transfer to your package for an additional cost. Or, if you are arriving late, you may wish to overnight in Deer Lake instead of Corner Brook and this may be requested on booking for no additional charge subject to availability. The airport transfer from Deer Lake Airport to Corner Brook is a private Town car and would be an additional $75 per person +15% hst.

Is this departure still available?

We still have space on our Newfoundland & Labrador's Viking Trail, however seats are limited. I also want to mention that this tour is a smaller portion of our main 13-day Circle Newfoundland & Labrador tour, so when this portion of the tour ends, the group will continue to travel.

Just wanted to get more details about your seven day tour to Newfoundland starting on June 27 to July the 3rd. Is there still availability and is there anything we need to book ourselves, i.e. hotels, etc.

Currently there is no availability of this departure. There is still space on a few other departures throughout the season. However, there is space on the June 12th, which is a small group departure and on June 19 there is a regular group departures. The pricing is different on these tours. While on tour, the hotels are pre-booked by Atlantic Tours. If you require a pre or post night, Atlantic Tours can also secure the space for you at an additional cost.

Looking at brochure for Newfoundland & Labrador's Viking Trail from Corner Brook tour and under Whats NOT included it says 'Transport - Transportation by modern motorcoach with an experienced tour driver - Ferry crossing to/from Labrador' what does this mean?

The transportation during the tour is included, which would be the motorcoach and ferry crossing to Labrador. The transportation not included in the tour would be your flights and your transportation from and to the airport to join the tour and at the end of the tour.

Can you estimate the flight costs, from Vancouver to ? Where is the port of disembarkation? That is the airport in which city and do I use tge same return flight home? The wild card is flight costs snd I need to know more about that.

You would fly in and out of the Deer Lake Regional Airport in Newfoundland on your first and last day of the tour. Unfortunately we are not able to estimate flight costs as different carries offer varying rates.

Can you also add to our trip the boat tour of the Western Brook Pond in lieu of the Bonne Bay boat tour and add any additional fee to our payment.

We never had much time to unwind between between into our rooms and dinner. Dinner at 6:30 is just too early for us. The food was okay but often served cold and always rushed.
