I was not aware that each day we would travel with a different group of people, this had its good and not so good sides. Overall I enjoyed the tour but would do things a little differently next time. As a result, the group composition may change from day to day. This operating model is widely used throughout the travel industry for land-based, multi-destination itineraries. Unlike cruises or fixed-cohort expeditions, cohesive multi-day group composition is not the industry standard for this type of tour. Many reputable tour operators combine daily departures to provide guaranteed departures, experienced local guides, and efficient logistics across multiple destinations. Our tour follows this well-established model and is not advertised as a single, socially fixed group traveling together for the entire journey. Our focus has always been on providing an authentic and high-quality travel experience while supporting the local communities and operators we work with. Many of our guests appreciate the opportunity to meet different travelers along the way and benefit from the expertise of local guides in each destination. That said, we completely understand that this format may not suit every traveler, especially those looking for the same group of companions throughout the trip.   We just completed this tour. From day one up to the last day, I enjoyed each experience. It felt like I was a local because I literally lived close to prime locations where I could walk and eat the best banh mi and drink delicious Vietnamese coconut coffee. This meant that the locations of the hotels are perfect. The tours each day met my every expectations, I saw and experienced everything I wanted to know about beautiful places in Vietnam. The tour organizer, Hannah, kept the communication consistent, and she regularly texted me about daily updates. That to me is excellent. She was totally reliable. If you’re looking for an adventure, and ready to learn about Vietnam’s culture, history, heritage, culinary specialties, and beautiful natural sceneries, this tour is what you need. The only sad day was leaving Vietnam. But I will definitely come back and will use the same Up Travel Tours with Hannah.Show more
