The tour Immersive Tunisia – Small Group Tour (8 days, start and end in Tunis) departing on March 13 is a guaranteed departure and will take place as scheduled. The tour will end on March 20 in Tunis and is conducted in English, making it perfectly suitable for you and your wife. If you decide to stay one or two extra nights in Tunis after the tour, we can certainly arrange an airport transfer for you. Also, if you have not yet booked your hotel, we can organize your post-tour accommodation as well.

If we book this tour we would need an extra night at the start of the trip at the same hotel the group will stay in. Can this be arranged?

Of course, it is possible to add a pre tour accommodation to your booking. Please advise about the date of arrival so that we add the package and the pre-accommodation to your booking page and eventual payment.

Is this a group tour? Will you able to operate the tour on the 15th Oct date, if not then which other travel dates that are guaranteed departure for Oct?

We have a departure on the 10th and another on the 17th of October 2025. The tour includes Kairouan, but not Mahdia or Raqqada.

If I wanted to add days to the hotel in Tunis what is the cost? Also is a tour of the Medina in Tunis include in this tour? If not what is the cost to add that a day before the tour?

The Medina of Tunis can be visited on Day 2 of the program; there is not a guided tour but time to explore on your own. We do have group tours for the Medina, it is easy to discover on your own.

What is the cost for a single room supplement?

The single supplement charge is 30% of the standard rate.

Can I travel alone on this tour?

Yes, single travelers are welcome, and there's a single supplement option available.

Can I join the tour with children?

Yes, families with children are welcome; please let us know the ages of the kids.

Can a solo traveler join your tour?

Solo travelers can join our tours and are welcome.

What is the cost for a solo traveller, so they don't share a room?

The costs for a SNG depends the preferred travel period. Please choose your preferred date. Please choose one person and add also the accomodation type for one person As single room, then you will see the final price for a SNG room on the right.

Fabulous Roman Ruin tour through Tunisia. It was everything I expected & more. My guide, Radwan was exceptional with his historical knowledge & expertise. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. My driver, Sabil was courteous and safe at all times. All the accommodations were clean, roomie, and comfortable. Even though my hotel in Tunis was near the beach, I would’ve preferred to be closer to the Medina. Fortunately, I had spent two days prior to my tour starting at the Medina site so it wasn’t an inconvenience. The food was fantastic at the chosen hotels with a wide variety of options from a buffet, the lunch stops at various restaurants were pre-arranged meals according to location. Very freshShow more

a really great itinerary that avoids most of the typical group tour cliches (carpet store, jewelry factory, dinner with cultural dancing...). it felt a little more authentic and less driven to spend money. many types of ruins that highlight Tunisia's varied history, sometimes it can be a little too much too quickly because you're hopping around millennia at each stop. I did get confused, but fortunately had a wonderful couple also on the tour who were open to teaching me along with the guide. There were only 4 of us on this tour; same group, guide and driver throughout. There were a couple of city tours but this itinerary really concentrates on ruins. I really enjoyed the walking, almost hiking, we did at some locations to see a mix of reconstructed and more natural ruins. some language barrier issues and translation issues more than I've had with some countries/tours, but made it quirky and an experience. Felt completely safe and well looked after. The driver and guide did an exceptional job making sure my mother was comfortable and taken care of if she ever looked out of place. The people and company also reacted well to all the COVID stuff so we were able to fly in/out mostly stress-free. The hotels were not always the best, maybe the rooms were run down because of lack of tourism. None of the hotels were well situated to wander; they were far from city center. On the plus side each day was busy enough we didn't have a lot of free time (energy) to wander, but it would be nice to have had the option. Recommend, if possible, to request a different hotel in Tunis, for both cleanliness and location. Really enjoyed this country, the tour, and the people. Highly recommend for anyone on the fence.Show more
