The first day of the tour is the arrival day, and no activities are included on that day. As long as the tour starts on May 30th, your arrival time is perfectly suitable. We will arrange your arrival in Marrakech and provide your transfer from the airport to your hotel accordingly.

Yes, the trip is suitable for solo travelers, and we frequently welcome single guests.

    • Discover MoroccoOperatorWritten March 2026

As for the camel ride, if you prefer not to participate, you may opt for a 4x4 transfer instead. This can be requested on-site and is provided free of charge.

The website says this ends in Marakech. But you have it as Ouzoud? Is this due to the extra option? I'm worried how I would get to the airport?

    • Discover MoroccoOperatorWritten April 2026

Please kindly note that the mention of Ouzoud is due to a system error. As outlined in the detailed itinerary, the final day is reserved for your transfer to Marrakech airport, with no activities scheduled. Kindly rest assured that your drop-off will be at the airport in Marrakech as planned.

From where is the camel ride and how long is it. Are the accommodations shared or are they private rooms w/showers and bathroom. Can i get a list of hotels that we will be using?

    • Discover MoroccoOperatorWritten January 2026

The camel ride starts from the drop-off point and goes until the camp.

For accommodation, each traveler will have their own room. For example, if you've booked a double room, we will provide you with a tent or room that accommodates 2 travelers, with no sharing.

Regarding the hotel names, we are unable to confirm them at the moment, as bookings are based on availability

    • L

      Leanne

      TravelerWritten January 2026

I realize the camel ride is from the drop off point but want to know how long is the ride. If a person has difficulty on the camel and cant finish the ride what would happen? Do they get other transportation? I have stayed in many places where you have your own room but had to share a bathroom and a common shower. Is the bathroom and shower private at the camp?

    • Discover MoroccoOperatorWritten January 2026

I would like to clarify that it is either the camel ride or the 4x4 vehicle ride to reach the camp. If a person is unable to complete the camel ride, they would need to walk for the remaining distance; therefore, in such cases, I recommend choosing the 4x4 ride for greater comfort and convenience.
Regarding the camp facilities, I would like to confirm that the bathroom and shower are private.

    • L

      Leanne

      TravelerWritten January 2026

Im wondering what the 4x4 vehicles are doing while people are on a camel ride. I would assume that there are times when things dont go well and someone may need assistance (sickness, injury etc ). If my wife took the 4x4 to the camp is it possible that she would be able to have a quick ride at the camp for about 15 minutes.

    • Discover MoroccoOperatorWritten January 2026

Please note that guests who prefer not to do the camel ride will travel by 4x4 vehicle to the camp. The 4x4 vehicles remain available to assist guests if needed.

Any additional or special requests can be discussed directly on site with the team.

    • L

      Leanne

      TravelerWritten February 2026

Im confused about your reply as it differs from the one we received from Nassima. She said that if one isn't able to finish the ride they would have to walk the rest of the way. Not what I wanted to hear . You on the other hand say that a 4 x 4 is available to assist if there are difficulties. Who am I to believe?

    • Discover MoroccoOperatorWritten February 2026

If a guest is unable or prefers not to take the camel ride at all, a 4x4 vehicle is available to transfer them directly to the camp instead of riding a camel.

However, if a guest has already started the camel ride and needs to stop midway, the camel route and the 4x4 track are different. In this case, the guest would need to walk the remaining distance to the camp.

We always recommend choosing the 4x4 option from the start if there is any concern about completing the camel ride, to ensure maximum comfort and safety.

    • Discover MoroccoOperatorWritten February 2026

Our team explains that the choice between the 4x4 ride and the camel ride should be made at the drop-off point, as each experience follows a different route. The roads are not the same for both the 4x4 and camel ride.
