What type of vehicles are being used, the itinerary mentions private vehicles, so is that a bus how many passengers, or is it a 4WD vehicle & how many passengers per vehicle?

Private vehicles will be just for the group and tour leader, and seat the maximum group size of 16 (plus 2 seats in the front for the tour leader and driver). They are almost like a mini bus.

I have travelled often with the company Explore and get a 10% loyalty discount with them. would you be able to match that for me please?

if we want to ad an aditional tour too Aral Lake, what we have to do?

Please note the Aral Lake is not included on our itinerary and something you would have to organise independently. On tour you would not travel close by, So this is something we would recommend to book pre-tour.

At this time, we do not have any available departure dates for 'The Five Stans of the Silk Road' for May 2026, that we would be able to take over as a private departure, as they are all sold out. If your group is still interested, we can look into opening a new departure date. We can send you a quote for a new date of your choosing.

I saw group size start 10-16 So less than 10ppl can't guarantee departure right? If so how can I book my tickets and also apply visa after I pay deposits?

Although the maximum group size on this tour is 16 travellers, the tour is guaranteed to depart with 1 traveller confirmed. Therefore if you book on, you would be guaranteed and you can proceed to book your flights.

The visa application of Turkmenistan require the help from travel agent, what kind of help will you provide?

In order to secure your visa, you must first apply for a Letter of Invitation through G Adventures. Once your trip is confirmed, you will need to submit your application for your Turkmenistan Letter of Invitation no later than 40 days before the start of your tour and we will send this form to you to complete.

Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "G Adventures" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of G Adventures. Please familiarize yourself with the G Adventures payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
