If my flight gets in the night before tour at 11pm is there someone to meet me at airport?

Machu Picchu entry is currently available and can be guaranteed for your clients' travel date of July 29, 2026. At the moment, the available option is Circuit 1, which includes access to the upper terraces and the classic panoramic viewpoints, offering some of the most iconic views of Machu Picchu.

Can you elaborate on the pre stay trip extras? Can I simply depart from Cusco instead of transferring to Lima?

The pre-tour accommodation includes the hotel stay itself as well as breakfast for the following morning. Regarding your departure, yes, we can remove the domestic flight from Cusco to Lima on Day 7 without any problem. In that case, you would receive a discount of USD 70 per person, as you would be arranging and purchasing your own domestic flight for that segment. Also, since you are arriving one day before the tour starts, there is no problem at all. The airport pickup scheduled for Day 1 would simply be moved to match your actual arrival date and time. We will be waiting for you at the airport whenever you arrive, according to the flight details you provide.

I just checked the flights and the ones that leave after 7 pm are too late for me as I need to be in London Gatwick at 10 am on June 27th. Is there any chance the internal flight can be changed for me on the last day? Or take one the day before in the evening? Or is there a tour leaving a day before as it would work a lot better for me?

We can certainly adjust our domestic flights to help you connect more comfortably with your international flight.

Does the tour include round trip domestic flights between Lima and Cusco? When the tour ends in Cusco, will there be an air ticket from Cusco to Lima? Should we arrange our international flights into and out of Lima, or into Lima and out of Cusco?

Yes, the tour already includes the local round-trip flights between Lima and Cusco. This means the package includes: Flight from Lima to Cusco and Flight from Cusco back to Lima at the end of the tour. Therefore, you only need to arrange your international flights. We recommend organizing your flights as: International arrival: Lima and International departure: Lima. Additionally, the ideal recommendation is to arrive in Lima on Day 1 around 11:00 AM or before midday, since the Lima City Tour begins that same afternoon. Regarding your international departure, we highly recommend booking a flight leaving from Lima after 7:00 PM, so you can have enough connection time after your local flight from Cusco back to Lima. If you would like, we can also help you review your flight options before booking to ensure everything connects smoothly and comfortably for your trip.

Is there a tour June 13-21? For 3 possibly 4 travelers

Unfortunately, we no longer have availability for Machu Picchu entrance tickets for the dates of June 13–21, 2026. As a result, we are unable to operate the tour during that period for your group of 3–4 travelers. We would recommend considering travel dates in late June or later, when we may have better availability for Machu Picchu tickets.

What do you recommend for booking flights? From Vancouver for Day 1 and leaving Lima for Vancouver. The only departure times are at 12pm and the arrival times are at 11pm

In your case, we highly recommend arriving in Lima around midday on Day 1, since the Lima City Tour begins between approximately 02:00 pm and 02:10 pm. This timing allows enough time for your airport transfer and hotel check-in before the tour starts comfortably. Regarding your return flight from Lima to Vancouver, generally we recommend booking your international departure flight after 07:00 pm, since this allows you to enjoy the last day of the tour more comfortably without needing to wake up too early. However, if you prefer to depart earlier, there is no problem. A international flight departing from Lima around 01:00 pm would also work well with your itinerary. If you would like, you can also share the flight options you are considering and we will gladly help you choose the best one for your trip. Due to the high demand for Machu Picchu tickets during that season, we kindly recommend confirming your reservation as soon as possible. Availability is limited and tickets can sell out very quickly, especially for the most requested dates and circuits. By reserving in advance, we will be able to secure your spaces and organize your trip smoothly according to your preferred travel dates.

We would be happy to have your friend join the group, no problem at all. However, please note that Machu Picchu entrance tickets are limited and must be booked in advance. At the moment, your friend would not have a guaranteed ticket included with the reservation. If she still wishes to join, one option is that she can try to purchase a last-minute ticket directly in Aguas Calientes. However, please keep in mind that this is subject to availability and not guaranteed, as tickets are very limited. We recommend confirming as soon as possible so we can check if there is any availability left and assist you in the best way.

I am a solo traveller interested in the May 11th trip. I would like to know what is the average age of the group please and if you have a lot of solo travellers? Also, if I would like to stay a few more days in Cuzco at the end, is there a way to choose another return date for the Cuzco-Lima internal flight?

  Regarding Machu Picchu, the journey is made in two parts. First, you travel by train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, the town located at the base of Machu Picchu. The following morning, you take a shuttle bus that takes approximately 25–30 minutes up the mountain to the entrance of the citadel. So yes, both the train and the shuttle bus are part of the experience, and both are included in the tour.

  Regarding your departure, yes, we can remove the domestic flight from Cusco to Lima on Day 7 without any problem. In that case, you would receive a discount of USD 70 per person, as you would be arranging and purchasing your own domestic flight for that segment.
  
  Also, since you are arriving one day before the tour starts, there is no problem at all. The airport pickup scheduled for Day 1 would simply be moved to match your actual arrival date and time. We will be waiting for you at the airport whenever you arrive, according to the flight details you provide.

  Of course, you are welcome to arrive one day earlier. We will be happy to organize your airport pickup and ensure everything is arranged for your arrival.
  
  The only additional cost would be the pre-tour accommodation in Lima, which is USD 84.00 for a TWIN OR DOUBLE room. The hotel we normally reserve for our travelers is the Ibis Reducto Miraflores.
  
  If you are able to reserve the same hotel on your own, that would be perfectly fine as well. Please keep in mind that your airport pickup is 100% guaranteed regardless of whether the hotel is booked through us or independently.
  
  Regarding your return to Lima, on Day 7 you are expected to arrive in Lima at approximately 3:00 PM. Therefore, we recommend scheduling your international departure flight for the evening, ideally after 7:00 PM, to allow sufficient time for your connection and a stress-free transfer to the airport.
  
  Arriving on July 5 would also allow you to rest properly and enjoy the Lima City Tour the following day without any rush.
  
  Additionally, since you are planning to start your trip on July 5, we kindly recommend confirming your participation as soon as possible and sending us a copy of your passport at your earliest convenience. This will allow us to secure your Machu Picchu entrance tickets, as availability can become limited and tickets may sell out without prior notice.

I just checked the flights and the ones that leave after 7 pm are too late for me as I need to be in London Gatwick at 10 am on June 27th. Is there any chance the internal flight can be changed for me on the last day? Or take one the day before in the evening? Or is there a tour leaving a day before as it would work a lot better for me?

  To ensure the best availability, especially for Machu Picchu tickets, I recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. This will give you a much better chance of securing the preferred Machu Picchu circuit and travel dates.
  
  Regarding the best time to visit, Machu Picchu is open all year round. However, the most recommended season is from April to October, when there is generally less rainfall and clearer views. September and October are particularly beautiful months, offering pleasant weather, green landscapes, and better availability than the peak summer months.

This means the package includes: Flight from Lima to Cusco and Flight from Cusco back to Lima at the end of the tour. Therefore, you only need to arrange your international flights. We recommend organizing your flights as: International arrival: Lima and International departure: Lima. Additionally, the ideal recommendation is to arrive in Lima on Day 1 around 11:00 AM or before midday, since the Lima City Tour begins that same afternoon. Regarding your international departure, we highly recommend booking a flight leaving from Lima after 7:00 PM, so you can have enough connection time after your local flight from Cusco back to Lima. If you would like, we can also help you review your flight options before booking to ensure everything connects smoothly and comfortably for your trip.

What do you recommend for booking flights? From Vancouver for Day 1 and leaving Lima for Vancouver. The only departure times are at 12pm and the arrival times are at 11pm

  In your case, we highly recommend arriving in Lima around midday on Day 1, since the Lima City Tour begins between approximately 02:00 pm and 02:10 pm. This timing allows enough time for your airport transfer and hotel check-in before the tour starts comfortably.
  
  Regarding your return flight from Lima to Vancouver, generally we recommend booking your international departure flight after 07:00 pm, since this allows you to enjoy the last day of the tour more comfortably without needing to wake up too early.
  
  However, if you prefer to depart earlier, there is no problem. A international flight departing from Lima around 01:00 pm would also work well with your itinerary.
  
  If you would like, you can also share the flight options you are considering and we will gladly help you choose the best one for your trip.

  We would be happy to have your friend join the group, no problem at all. However, please note that Machu Picchu entrance tickets are limited and must be booked in advance. At the moment, your friend would not have a guaranteed ticket included with the reservation.
  If she still wishes to join, one option is that she can try to purchase a last-minute ticket directly in Aguas Calientes. However, please keep in mind that this is subject to availability and not guaranteed, as tickets are very limited.
  We recommend confirming as soon as possible so we can check if there is any availability left and assist you in the best way.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
