Dear Jane Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving our services. First of all, we are very happy to hear that you had such a great experience with your Machu Picchu guide, Ernesto. He is indeed one of our most experienced and passionate guides, and it is wonderful to know that his explanations and enthusiasm made your visit even more special. We are especially glad that he helped you capture beautiful photos during your visit — we know how meaningful that can be, particularly when traveling solo. We will definitely share your kind words with him; he will be very happy to know that his work made such a positive impact on your experience. We are also pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Mama Sara Hotel in Aguas Calientes, and that it provided you with a comfortable place to rest after your journey. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during some parts of the trip. Regarding the Lima tours, please note that these are shared services with international travelers, and sometimes the majority of participants may be Spanish speakers. However, our guides are instructed to provide explanations in both languages, and we will reinforce this with our team to ensure that English-speaking travelers receive the full experience. We are especially sorry to hear about your experience at El Puma Hotel in Cusco. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We will review this hotel carefully with our operations team and evaluate alternative accommodation options in Cusco to ensure better comfort and quality for our future travelers. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us improve our service. Thank you again for traveling with us and for sharing your experience. It was truly a pleasure assisting you during your journey in Peru, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future. Warm regards, Martita Customer Service Waman Adventures

Dear Yanira Thank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt description of your journey. Reading your message truly made us smile. We are very happy to know that your trip to Lima and Cusco became one of those unforgettable experiences that stay in your memory forever. Miraflores sunsets, the flavors of Peruvian cuisine especially ceviche and the vibrant mix of modern and traditional life in Lima create a very special atmosphere, and we are glad you were able to enjoy it fully. It is wonderful to hear about your adventure in Huacachina. That first moment of nervousness before sandboarding often turns into pure excitement, and we love knowing that you embraced the adrenaline, the laughter, and even the sand. The buggy ride at sunset is truly a magical experience. And of course, Cusco has a unique energy. The history in its streets, the Andean landscapes, and the deep cultural roots make it a destination that touches the heart. We are delighted that you felt that connection and enjoyed discovering its heritage. Thank you for trusting us to be part of such a complete experience filled with food, adventure, breathtaking scenery, and culture. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back to Peru whenever you decide to return. Warm regards, Martita - Customer Service Waman Adventures

Dear Ricky Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our service and the experience we provide to our travelers. First of all, we are pleased to know that the local tour guides met your expectations. We carefully select our guides because we believe they play a key role in creating meaningful experiences, and we are glad this part of your journey was positive. However, we are sincerely sorry to read about the inconveniences you experienced regarding the hotels, communication, scheduling, transfers, and flight arrangements. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide at Waman Adventures. Regarding your concerns: Hotels: We deeply regret the issues you mentioned (bugs, lack of hot water, uncomfortable beds). This is unacceptable, and we are already reporting this formally to the hotels involved to request an explanation and corrective measures. Your comfort and safety are extremely important to us. Customer Service & Communication: We sincerely apologize if you felt that our team was unreachable or slow to respond. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially while traveling. We are reviewing our internal communication procedures to ensure faster and more effective support, particularly during active tours. Planning & Schedule Changes: Some schedule adjustments can occasionally occur due to operational, logistical, or external factors (such as weather or airline changes). However, we fully agree that any modification must be communicated clearly and with adequate notice. We regret that this was not handled in the best possible way during your trip. Transfer Delay: Please accept our apologies for the late transfer. Punctuality is a priority for us, and we are addressing this with the transportation provider. Flights: Our intention when booking domestic flights is always to balance availability, logistics, and package pricing. That said, we understand that flight times and comfort are very important, and we truly appreciate this feedback. We will take it into account for future planning and options we present to our clients. Please know that we take your comments seriously and are using them internally to improve our operations and supplier control. If you would like, we would also welcome the opportunity to discuss this further and see how we may assist you directly. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We genuinely regret that parts of your experience did not meet expectations, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future. Warm regards, Martita Customer Service Waman Adventures????????

If your group requires an English-speaking guide, there is no problem at all, as our services are mainly provided in English. If any participant is vegan, we can accommodate this. We offer special meal options according to dietary requirements.

we will still need the transportation from the airport to the hotel, and the assigned hotel from the package, so not sure if you can just adjust the price for the missing tour, or change it for the food or earlier check in, because their fligth will arrive at 1pm and check in is until 3pm

    • Waman AdventuresOperatorWritten February 2026

I am interested in your 7 day Inca Adventure Tour from Jan 17/18. I will be travelling from Australia, likely solo. I was wondering if you have any indication what the group size would be for this trip? Additionally, flight times look like they land in Lima at 3:30pm, however I see you recommend arriving before noon. I am hoping I can find an alternate flight times, however if not, would this be suitable?

We can include an Amazon experience in Iquitos. We offer programs of 2, 3, and 4 days. All of our departures are fully guaranteed. Some hotels do offer mineral water as an amenity, though not all of them. Most hotels provide boiled water at the reception, available for guests throughout their stay.

If you prefer December 24th, there are already 5 travelers signed up (between ladies and gentlemen). Another option is December 23rd, with 2 travelers signed up, or December 22nd, which currently has 6 travelers signed up. Regarding the weather during those dates: Cusco: December is part of the rainy season. You can expect mild temperatures during the day (around 15–20°C / 59–68°F), with some showers. A light rain jacket and comfortable layers are recommended. Lima: December marks the beginning of summer. The weather is usually warm, humid, and mostly sunny, with temperatures around 24–28°C (75–82°F). Light clothing is perfect for this time.

Our friendly recommendation: Russell should begin the trip on November 27 or November 28 in order to enjoy Circuit 2 during his visit to Machu Picchu. This is the most complete route and offers the best panoramic views of the citadel. Important: Machu Picchu tickets are selling out very quickly, especially for Circuit 2. For that reason, we kindly suggest confirming the booking as soon as possible to secure his entrance.

Could other travels do the ATV alternative as well? From the description, it doesn't seem like the return air to Lima is included from Cusco. If it is, what time is the earliest we can book a return from Lima back to the USA? If it's not, what is the cost to fly from Cusco to Lima? When doing the Machu Pichu portion of the trip, do you hike to MP? If so, what's the difficulty level?

    • Waman AdventuresOperatorWritten December 2025

If you wish, I can personalize your trip so that you and your family can enjoy the Rainbow Mountain tour on ATVs. Your package includes domestic flights from Lima to Cusco and from Cusco back to Lima. The only flight you need to purchase on your own is your international flights. We recommend choosing a departure at 7:00 pm or later for international return.

I want your INCA ADVENTURES - 7 DAYS (LIMA AND CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU) WITH DOMESTIC FLIGHTS 2025 December 24 to 29. And I need an airticket to fly to Buenos Aires AFTER your tour. Could you help?

    Tour Details
    • Waman AdventuresOperatorWritten October 2025

Regarding your flight to Buenos Aires, you have two possible options: Option 1: Fly from Lima to Buenos Aires (Recommended) After finishing your tour, you can take an international flight directly from Lima to Buenos Aires. Option 2: Fly from Cusco to Buenos Aires If you prefer to manage your flight from Cusco to Buenos Aires, that is also possible. In this case, we can adjust the price of the tour for you, removing the budget destined to the domestic flight Cusco → Lima, and you can use that budget toward your international ticket.
