  I am very happy with this trip and I would like to share my experience.😁❤️ I will start with Day 1. From the moment I arrived, everything was very well organized. I was welcomed at the airport with a sign with my name on it, which was very helpful. A few days before, I had also received clear instructions on what to prepare, which gave me peace of mind. Since my flight arrived in the morning, I was able to enter to my rooom at the hotel as soon as I have arrived, Tip: If you arrive very early request pre accommodattion This included breakfast, so I could eat and then go out to explore the city. In the afternoon, I had the city tour. I was picked up directly from the hotel, and the guide was very kind to everyone. They even recorded a drone video, which I found amazing. On Day 2, the pickup was very early. I thought I would miss breakfast, but that was not the case, as the guide took us to a local restaurant. They explained that on early pickup days, breakfast is provided at local restaurants. My favorite activity that day was the sandboarding, as the sunset was absolutely beautiful.🤩 On Day 3, was arranged the flight to Cusco, qnd Luz sent me my boarding passes in advance, so I did not have to worry about anything. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Hussein in the arrivals area. He speaks very good English and shared useful information during the transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, I had a meeting with the guide Fredy, also known as “Papa Freddy,” who explained all the upcoming activities in detail. On Day 4, after breakfast, we started our tour. We visited places where we learned how local women make textiles, then we went to the terraces and the Maras salt mines. There, I bought chocolate with Maras salt, which was delicious—I highly recommend it. Before taking the train, we went for lunch. It was not included, but the guide gave us several options to choose from. The buffet was very good. In the afternoon, we took the train to Aguas Calientes. In Aguas Calientes, I was able to rest and get ready for the next day, as I was very excited to visit Machu Picchu. On Day 5, after breakfast, the guide picked us up. It was a small group, which made the experience more personal. At Machu Picchu, the guide explained a lot about the history. I really appreciated how patient and kind he was, allowing everyone to explore at their own pace. On Day 6, we visited Rainbow Mountain, which I was a bit concerned about due to the altitude. The pickup was very early, and once again we had breakfast at a local restaurant. I decided to go on horseback, which was a great decision because I was able to enjoy the scenery much more.Finally, on Day 7, it was time to say goodbye. Once again, Luz had everything organized and sent me my boarding passes, so I only had to wait for my transfer and take my flight back home. Overall, it was a very well-organized trip with excellent guides and constant support throughout.   I was fortunate enough to visit everywhere I wanted to. Unfortunately I was misled with false advertising,; I didn't join a group, meet like minded people and have stress free travel with an experienced guide for the entire tour. It's the 4th time I've used Tourader who I trusted. I was travelling solo on this occasion following a wedding in Peru and wanted to feel safe. I was booked onto day trips throughout the tour, I was the only English speaking female. Communication was with WhatsApp, I was left to find railway station, told conflicting information and often referred to as the partner of an American who had some of the same day trips. On reflection I could have booked the day trips, hotels and travel myself and been in control of my lonely trip. To add to the mystery I was charged £444.92 for single room occupancy, 3 days breakfast was missed due to early start.The hotels walk in fees only came to £390. I tried to inform the company of my concerns but there's noone to speak with. I would not recommend this trip for solo females, it's the first time I felt vulnerable, upset and isolated on a so called group tour.Show more

  Peru is beautiful and this trip was well worth doing. Waman was organized about the travel, the connections, and communicating daily what to expect the next day. Only challenges occurred with contracted vendors i.e. Waman is in Cuzco and focuses on events and tours around there and to do with Machu Pichu and these were really well handled with guide (Wilbert) being really great. Waman does contract out some of the other tour inclusions (City Tour Lima, Paracas & the Dessert, Rainbow Mountain) which were not quite as well handled as the aspects that Waman covers themselves. There weren't any real problems just failures in communication during the actual tours (i.e. pick up location and transfer plan for Rainbow Mountain wasn't as expected, City Tour Group mostly Spanish speaking so guide failed to communicate some aspects of the tour including ending messages) . Overall recommend for sure, well worth it.Show more
