We completely understand your suggestion regarding the accommodation, and we really appreciate your feedback. The reason we arrange the accommodation in Cusco is because Humantay Lake and Rainbow Mountain are located in remote, high-altitude areas where there are very limited accommodation options. Unfortunately, there are no hotels of the same category and comfort standards as those available in Cusco near these attractions. We would also love to have the option of staying closer to these incredible places, as this would certainly reduce the travel time and allow more time to enjoy the sites. However, at the moment, returning to Cusco allows us to provide our travelers with a comfortable hotel and the services and facilities they need after a long day of exploration.
