If we land in Walvis Bay, is it possible for you to arrange a transfer for us?

Our Namibia, Botswana and Falls tour start in Windhoek. From Walvis Bay to Windhoek is almost 400km, so I'm afraid we won't be able to provide your arrival transfer. There is a bus from Walvis Bay to Windhoek which takes around 6 hours.

Do I need to apply for a double entry visa for Namibia? Actually I planed to apply a visa on arrive at the Windhoek airport but it will give me a single entry only. If in case I have a single entry visa, am I able to join this trip?

You would only need a multiple entry visa if you plan on leaving Namibia and returning back. On this tour - we start in Windhoek and then move onwards to Botswana with no return back to Namibia. If are you are returning after - I would recommend you speak with a local consulate to find out.

The travel agency doesn't offer this package tour on October? I want to book for October 1 if is possible.

As this is a group tour there is unfortunately no flexibility on the start dates, but I can see that we have a September 30th departure available, is that something that can work for you? Alternatively we do have an October 14th departure running in the opposite direction (from the falls to Namibia).

Can you accommodate 8 adults? Could we tag on a flight and canoe cruise to the Fish River Canyon?

Hi Joe 6 of our party are South Africans and they felt the trip too expensive given the Rand exchange rate. So there is just now the 2 of us and we are still pondering this trip and the other one you sent which also took in Namibia. Have you any recommendations regarding these 2 trips?

I travelled as an accommodated solo female passenger. The organisation was brilliant, Crispy our tour guide was fantastic, funny, energetic, loaded with the most up to date information and most of all just a top bloke. Zeph was our driver, he was also funny, friendly and very safe, couldn't have asked for a better team. Booking with On the Go I assumed that we were on a tour run by On the Go however the company was Acacia Africa. I think this should have been mentioned earlier in the booking process not just when receiving travel documents 2 weeks prior to departing. No complaints about Acacia as they were fantastic and 100% would use again. My top spot on this trip was Elephant Sands, absolutely beautiful location and accommodation. The least favourite was Zeldas, this place is really tired, broken door locks, no water pressure in the taps or shower, my tour mates who were camping took photos of their bathroom showing mould and filth. Such a shame as the location is stunning. I loved everyday. My highlights were getting within a few meters of elephants on the Mokoros, the Chobe Game drive being so close to Lions and the sunsets and sunrises everyday. You cannot explain the beauty of something so simple as a sunset. If you're a solo female and wondering if its safe to do this tour alone, I say GO FOR IT.Show more

'Namibia, Botswana and Falls' was a trip of a lifetime! Our guide Mishek was wonderful, he was really informative, kind and caring. The standard of the accommodation surpassed my expectations. We stayed in some really beautiful boutique properties in spectacular locations. The highlight had to be Ugab Terrace Lodge and the Desert Quiver Camp in Sesriem. Drive days are long and the roads are bumpy but you have to expect that when you're covering such long distances and taking in all the highlights. There was plenty of room in our overland truck for the group to spread out and we all got on so well that time passed quickly. The game drives in Chobe and Etosha were brilliant and I loved the mokoro ride in the Okavango Delta. I also took the optional scenic flight over the Okavango Delta which was incredible! I'd highly recommend this tour, I loved every minute of it!Show more

  Botswana is particularly phenomenal for safari purposes, and Namibia has some of the most incredible landscapes I have seen in my entire life - think bright orange sand dunes against bright blue skies, massive canyons, and stunning wildlife. Botswana I saw the big 5, as well as some more rare animals like Wild Dogs!

  I'm afraid not - our departure options are: 07 Apr - 20 Apr, 16 Jun - 29 Jun, 01 Jul - 14 Jul. I too have a dog so know how that can be; are they flexible at all? Alternatively you could do the original tour you were looking at, Best of Botswana and Victoria falls, but on the 20 May - 31 May departure as the other date will not confirm with 2 passengers.
