I am interested in the 14 day Namibia. Botswana and Falls or the 19 day Falls Delta and cape trips for August or September 2026. I have been trying to locate photographs that show your "overland lodge vehicles" Are you able to give me a link so that I may do so? I have been on a truck camping trip in East Africa and they too were forward facing seats. They were arranged in rows of 4, with two seats on either side of a centre aisle. Is this the case with your trucks OR are the seats in each row in one stretch (meaning two people are in the centre of 4??)

Our overland vehicles are custom built converted trucks that have seating space for our passengers and a storage areas for luggage and all trip equipment. The trucks seat between 20-30 passengers, depending on the tour you book. Most seats are forward facing, though some models have a combination of forward, backward and some inward facing seats with tables. Note that unless specified on the tour page, there is no air-conditioning on board, instead vehicles have sliding glass windows, and the seating area is raised, providing a great advantage for game viewing and photography. Seats are cushioned and there is storage space for personal items like cameras, snacks and day packs in the seating area. The storage sections are separate to the seating area and are located underneath the main passenger compartment. There is a specific kitchen area with slide out tables for food preparation, all the cutlery, crockery, cooled storage and supplies and a separate area for storing chairs, tents and other equipment. The main luggage storage is located toward the back of the vehicle and as space is limited, we do request travellers bring soft-pack luggage between 15-20kg to ease the packing process. All the vehicles are equipped with water tanks, long range fuel tanks and are mechanically maintained on the ground between trips. Additionally, our drivers are trained to attend to any minor mechanical problems that may be experienced along the way and as such it is rare for a trip to be delayed due to mechanical breakdown.

Before booking please let me know if the bus we use for the tour has AC and if it's a comfortable one ( I mean the seat ) because there are long distances to cover and staying sit in an old bus could be very hard to bear...

Overland trucks are not air-conditioned. They have 16 or 20 forward facing seats with lap seatbelts, easy staircase access, plug points & USB points at each seat for charging cameras, phones etc. Large custom slide-down windows for airflow and game viewing.

The maximum people on our tour is 16. In Southern Africa you will be travelling in either a Sprinter minibuses or a custom-built 16 seater overland truck. Vehicles vary from safari minibuses to custom built 4x4 safari vehicles dependent on group sizes and itineraries.

are the transfers from the airport and the hotel included? can you also confirm if the do the same on windhoek?

this tour does include transfers both to and from the airport on the first and last day of the tour, you will not need to sort out your own transportation at any point!
