We do like the Panoramic Route scenic drive between Johannesburg and Kruger, but would only want to drive between Johannesburg and Kruger once. Would it be possible to fly instead of drive for one these commutes?

  We are a ground based operator (vehicles) meaning that none of our current itineraries include flight transfers between locations. This means that our tours are generally a bit longer.

  A Sunway tour is designed to have 10-12 clients travelling together to cover the cost of vehicle, guides, overheads per person. We only break even on a tour at 8-9 clients. So, to run a private tour, for 06 people, is a lot more costly per person, than a regular join in tour departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 25th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 25th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Sunway Safaris. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
