- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
A private vehicle picks you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and takes you to your hotel. Settle into your room and let your body adjust to the new time zone. If you're feeling up to it, take a walk through Thamel and see the neighborhood on foot.

- Day 2
Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing
After breakfast, you'll join a guided day tour through Kathmandu Valley visiting UNESCO World Heritage sites like Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Bouddhanath Stupa. Walk through Newar settlements with traditional architecture and try local Newari cuisine. Back at the hotel, you'll meet your trek guide and have time to discuss what's ahead.

- Day 3
Kathmandu to Machha Khola
After breakfast, a private 4WD vehicle drives you to Machha Khola via Soti Khola. The concrete road from Kathmandu to Dhading Besi takes 3-4 hours with views of rivers and terraced fields. From there, the bumpy road along the Budhi Gandaki River takes another 6-8 hours. Once you arrive, refresh yourself at a teahouse and rest.

Landmarks Budhi Gandaki River - Day 4
Machha Khola to Jagat
You'll trek from Machha Khola to Jagat, passing through Khoela Bensi and Tatopani hot springs. The route crosses suspension bridges over Budhi Gandaki, then climbs through traditional Gurung and Magar villages. Watch for birds and scenic landscapes along the way. Stop for lunch at Dovan (1070m) before reaching Jagat (1340m), a small village where you'll spend the night enjoying authentic Nepali food.

Landmarks Tatopani Dovan - Day 5
Jagat to Deng
This trek from Jagat toward Deng takes around 7 hours, passing through Salleri, Ghatta Khola, and suspension bridges over lush forests. You'll walk through local Gurung villages and see Sringi Himal (7,177m), waterfalls, and varied landscapes. Buddhist stupas, prayer flags, and monasteries appear along the trail, with different tree species and rhododendrons all around. By evening, you'll reach Deng Village with snow-capped mountain views for an overnight stay.

Landmarks Sringi Himal - Day 6
Deng to Namrung
After breakfast, continue trekking through varied landscapes, crossing Budhi Gandaki and climbing zigzag paths for about 25 minutes to reach Rana Village (1900m). Later you'll pass through small villages and valleys walking through forests with pine trees and rhododendrons. As you approach Namrung, Tibetan cultural influences become more visible with Mani stones, monasteries, and prayer flags. Cross the river again and reach Namrung for an overnight stay.

Lho to Samagaon
Start with sunrise breakfast and trek to Samagaon through terrain with forests, terraced fields, and mountain views. Tibetan culture surrounds you with tingzhe, mani walls, and chortens visible along the way. The path is mostly defined but includes rocky and uneven sections. Watch for bird species and blue sheep as you notice how the flora changes with altitude. Cross Budi Gandaki on a wooden bridge and continue past cultivated fields. Samagaon is larger than previous villages with established teahouses, lodges, and shops for trekkers.

Explore the local village, talk with residents, and learn about village culture and traditions while preparing for higher altitudes.

Samagaon to Samdo
This short trek offers beautiful views and cultural richness surrounded by landscapes with rocky terrain. Trek through Tibetan-style villages where Buddhism has influenced the entire area. The path is well-marked but includes rocky and uneven ground. Watch for wildlife and birds as you walk. Samdo is a small village among the last major settlements before more remote areas near the Tibetan border, with a couple of teahouses and lodges.

Samdo to Dharmasala
Walk from Samdo to Dharmasala in about 4-5 hours. This stretch offers beautiful views and a chance to experience local culture. Dharmasala is a simple settlement with mainly teahouses and lodges, serving as a stopping point for trekkers heading to the Larkya La Pass the next day.

Dharmasala to Bhimtang via Larkya La Pass
Trek from Dharmasala through Larkya La Pass (5160m) to Bhimtang, a full day of walking taking about 9 hours. At the pass, you'll see neighboring peaks like Himlung Himal (7,126m), Cheo Himal (6,820m), and Kang Kuru (6,981m). Prayer flags at the top make for great photos to celebrate the achievement. The descent to Bhimtang on steep and sometimes rugged trails leads to what many consider the most beautiful place on the Manaslu Circuit.

Bhimtang to Goa
Trek from Bhimtang with downhill walking that gradually undulates through lush forests and alpine meadows. Enjoy views of the Manaslu range and surrounding peaks. Rushing water and cascading streams add to the experience as you head down. Reach Goa, one of the most beautiful villages on the route with teahouses and lodges. The village sits along the riverbanks, making it a good place to rest before continuing toward Tilije.

Landmarks Manaslu Range - Day 14
Goa to Tilije to Kathmandu
Trek from Goa to Tilije with gradual ascents and descents across beautiful terrain. The trail goes through rural areas, terraced fields, and small hamlets. Tilije is a friendly village with several lodges and teahouses where you'll rest before heading back. From Tilije, a drive takes you back to Kathmandu in about 8-9 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. The route winds through lush Manaslu region terrain into more developed areas. Once in Kathmandu, relax and reflect on your trek, with time to explore sights, shop, or enjoy meals in the vibrant city.
