  Fantastic days that we spent on the way to Machu Picchu. We did the Inca Jungle trail four day and it combines with different activities while you approach the iconic Inca ruin. Our guide collected us from out hostel early in the morning and drive for 2 hours where we started the mountain biking, cycling for another 2 hours and descended from 4,300 meters to 1,200 meters. In the afternoon we had the whitewater rafting which was super fun and safe. On the second day we hike in the forest and visited some local farms where we taste some coffee and fruits, the hike was 7 hours and ended at the hot spring, best way to relax. The third day was more easy we did zip line in the morning and hike to Aguas Calientes town(this hike was 3 hours following the train rail) Day four was more cultural day, we got to Machu Picchu and spend 4 hours there exploring and listening the history of the Incas and back to Cusco in the afternoon. Our guide was Ubano who did a excellent job during these four days, he was very informative, his knowledge about the area and Inca history was super nice and interested. The hotel and lodge were great as well, we had a basic hostel in Santa Maria with not hot shower but the weather was very hot there which was enough. Santa Teresa hotel was nice and located in the middle of the city. The hotel in Aguas Calientes was super great, close to everything and very comfortable beds. The biking gears were excellent for this tour, always safety. Rafting instructors were professional and fun. Food the entire trip was varied and customized for someone who was vegetarian in the group. Honestly we had really good time during this Inca Jungle Trail trip, highly recommend!!Show more

  We loved! we just over the Inca Jungle trail with Chino, he was incredible tour guide, even I can say more than tour guide, basically he was our best friend, since we met him for the briefing we felt in good hands his experience working for many years motivated us to go with him, whole trip was fantastic even with the rain we had fun hiking, listening his histories, experience and jokes, also he was very patient with everyone in the group and came with the slower one. The entire service accommodations, meals, equipment and staff were well organized. Thank you very much for this experience in Peru.Show more

  Have incredible trek to Machu Picchu with Vidal Expeditions, at the begin it was little expensive comparing than another company, however when you receive the service what they offer you will really appreciate this. they were really good to communicate from the beginning to end. The tour guide were incredible very english speak and informative. the bikes in good conditions the same all the gears. Accommodations were basic on the first night buy clean and comfortable enough to rest, however according of the days you get nicer hotel specially the last night. The good this of this company is if you are couple of friends you will get a private room for you with a private bathroom (Not as other companies that they share with everyone only a room) Meals and entire organization were great, always on time. Really appreciate to my tour guide for leading this group to Machu Picchu and create incredible moments. I highlight recommend Vidal Expe. to everybody who is visiting Machu Pícchu.Show more

  We had an absolutely amazing time! We were incredibly well taken care of, in fact, Arturo went above and beyond helping us out when we ran into flight problems before we even arrived in Peru. Our guide, Urbano, was excellent – not just knowledgeable but great company. Looking back through our photos now, I can't believe all that we packed in, all the adventures we had, and all the laughter amidst everything. We feel like we got the most out of our time in Peru and are so grateful for all the hard work put in by Vidal Expeditions!Show more

  What a nice experience in The Inca Jungle Trail 4 days adventure to Machu Picchu, definitely this is the highlight of my backpacking trip to Peru, Vidal the owner and me we made a great deal to have unforgettable days while I am hiking to Machu Picchu, biking descending from the mountains to the rainforest and white water rafting with consecutive rapids and safe team, hiking through the ancient Inca trail with great views and hot spring at the end was great perfect planned. Zipline and Machu Picchu make the journey of life time.Show more

  I just come backfrom the Inca Jungle trail 4 days to Machu Picchu. A friend of mine had recommended this outdoor adventure when he heard I was planning a trip to Peru. The adventure was over and above my expectations, the adventures, the actual visit to Machu Picchu and our Guide Raul Fuentes were all positive and this was a trip of a life time. We had a small group 5 of us and Raul made sure all of us were taken care of and did his best to make sure we all had a positive experience, he succeeded. I would highly recommend this adventure and would not go to Machu Picchu without a guide. This adventure included biking, river rafting, zip lining, hiking and educational discussions about the Inca culture. Vidal Expeditions team worked hard to turned our dreams into reality, even with this pandemic they been always in communication with us, worth it to take their tour and for sure you will get an experience of lifetime.   We did the jungle trek with our friend Chino as our tour guide he was really knowledgeable and professional he always been patient. The organization was perfect starting from the pick up time in Cusco city, the transport, the accommodation was great always clean, private and safe, the meals were wonderful variety and delicious, we had the best 4 days of our life along this tour. Really thanks to Chino for this amazing experience and Vidal Expeditions to make real one of our dream to see Machupicchu with a lot of adventures. We highly recommend Vidal Expeditions to everyone.Show more

  Today i finished my Inca Jungle trail wiht Vidal Expeditions, it was very well organized since the booking way until the end the trip. I took the 4 day/3 night trek and activities to Machu Picchu. The trip was wonderful and I recommend it to anyone who likes adventure tours. Our guide, Chino, was the best. He shared such great knowledge about the area, culture, activities and environment. His guidance helped everyone to have a wonderful experience. The first day we rode the bikes down the mountain and Chino stopped us at several wonderful spots for photos, breaks for water and snacks and to share knowledge about the area. The afternoon was spent doing white river rafting. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were absolutely wonderful with several courses. Chino made sure special dietary needs were met for a group member’s health issues. The second day was a long day of hiking at elevations and heights that were both amazing and challenging. Chino made each group member feel successful and provided guidance to make the day great with an end at the hot springs to make our muscles feel better. The third day started with zip lining over the beautiful tree tops and river. The last ride was a Superman position with the harness on backwards. Unknown to us Chino recorded each of us coming in to the final platform. This was just one example of Chino’s special attention and care for the members of the group. The rest of the morning and afternoon were spent hiking through the jungle, visiting Inka construction sites and getting our first sight of Machu Picchu. We had a very special meal that night and wonderful fellowship before the next day at Machu Pichu. The day at Machu Pichu was fabulous, and after the 3 day trek to get there it was even more meaningful. This was an experience that I will never forget and was so much more than we expected. I can not recommend the Vidal Expeditions Experience enough and please request Chino as he will make your trip an unforgettable experience.Show more

  Honestly one of the best experiences ive had in Peru so far. The tour was a perfect balance of relaxation and hard work. Jhon Jair was an amazing guide with loads of interesting places to show us and we always felt in capable hand with him. He also knew the best places locally to eat and provided a perfect atmosphere for the group to bond. All the adventure activities were amazing especially the ziplining and white water rafting. Amazing experience would highly recomend.Show more
