    Are all meals & food included in this package? I have an allergy to peanuts (anaphylaxis if I eat peanuts). I am not allergic to any other nuts. Is this a problem? To confirm - is all accommodation included? Are there any facilities to store luggage in Kathmandu while we are hiking? Do we meet you at the airport for the start of the trek? Are sleeping bags and down jackets included in the trip, or do we need to bring our own? Are there any additional things we need to pay for & organize before the trek that are not included in the price?

      1. Yes all the meals are included as per the itinerary. Lunch can be bought along the way in a small tea house. As you have allergic to Peanuts, we will keep them away from your food items. We assured it for you. 2. Yes all the accommodation is included in Kathmandu and While on the trek. 3. Yes, you can leave your extra luggage at my office of in the Hotel (they have a safe deposit luggage storage room). 4. Yes, We will meet on your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport with your name play card. 5. If you do not have your own sleep bag or down jacket then you may rent one in Kathmandu. here are many trekking shop around Thamel 6. Gokyo lakes trek is the most scenic trek in Khumbu region. All age people can do it without any problem. Just do some jugging daily.

      We will arrange the following: - Nepal tourist visa - Travel insurance - All treking clothing/equipment/sleeping bag/down jacket. Is there anything else we need to book before we arrive? We will be arriving in Nepal a few days earlier - could we meet you elsewhere in Kathmandu on the first day?

    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before July 1st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 1st, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Global Adventure Trekking (P) LTD.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Global Adventure Trekking (P) LTD. will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
