  Start with the highpoints: the guide Ezzredine and driver were amazing. Really fluent, informative, attentive. The program was exactly as per itinerary and on time - interesting, historically amd culturally important sites, easily accessed with guide and well explained. Quite a bit of driving but that's expected in covering large distances to get the breadth of experiences in a short period. The not so good points - hotels have amazing lobbies and pretty basic rooms. I had to ask for or pay for a room safe, no room service in some hotels and no mini bar or kettle facility if you want tea or coffee - quibble maybe but not if you are advertising 4 or 5 stars , they are 2 or 3 stars. All safe. Low points - don't expect bright smiling customers service in any shop or hotel - if they want to develop the tourist industry learn to smile not snarl at your guests (that's the surly males, the females were pleasant ). I booked two airport transfers. On arrival no one was there to meet me and I had some anxiety trying to find someone who could get me to my hotel, driver eas eventually found for me. Same happened on last day trying to get to the airport, driver was 25 minutes late but I had no notification. Communication by phone was difficult with the Tunisian agency when I needed them but they did respond promptly to email messaging through the App and got everything sorted. Again reiterate, first rate guide did an amazing job, needs a pay rise. Need some tightening up but I saw everything I wanted to see with this program.Show more

Louay was the driver, and he was very kind and very professional. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a much greater understanding of Tunisia.Show more

  Our 8 day Tunisia tour was amazing because of our incredible guide Yousra! She knows her ancient history and I found her to have amazing knowledge of all the places we stopped. We had lots of laughs along the way which made our trip so much more personal. Our driver, Louay, did an amazing job getting us everywhere. He's very personable and has a great sense of humor. This trip ranks in my top 5 of all the countries I've been to! Thank you Yousra and Louay for an amazing adventure in beautiful Tunisia!Show more

  Our experience was wonderful. Our guide, Yousra, was extremely competent, had a very pleasant personality, and contributed our understanding of Tunisia in a very interesting and informative manner. Every detail was covered carefully, and we felt that we were in capable hands at all times. I also can't say enough about our driver, Louay. Very pleasant, professional, just a terrific person. I will not hesitate to book other tours through Tour Radar and will also have nothing but kind words to say about Tunisie Voyages. Although I never met him, Ekbel responded to my queries in a prompt manner and gave me accurate information every step of the way.Show more

  Overall it was a good experience and surprisingly Tunisia had a lot to.offer. Tour guide and driver were both good. The prog had 2 nights in a place where we really had nothing to do. That would have been better spent in Sousse - the extra day. Another option offered could be a wine tasting tour. The desert on camel and horse cart was just not my thing. Food was ok but a bit monotonous and hotels were quite good. Its a pity that all the hotels did not come with an electric kettle to have coffee in the room. The other thing that made it uncomfortable was having 3 people sit at the back of the transport that made it tight. In the end we all caught a cold from each other as we wete do close together. Overall it was a good tour. This is the first time I am using tour radar.Show more

  The tour was good. The accommodation and food was good, some places better than others, but given that tourism is still recovering from Covid, everything was okay. The places we visited were interesting and beautiful. The bonus of my tour was I was the only person and fortunate to have driver Jamal and guide Nidhal. Nidhal was very articulate, knowledgeable and good company. Jamal was an excellent driver, considerate and friendly. Both my driver and guide were very helpful and generous with their time when I had a problem accessing money due to problems with in my card. I would recommend both of them and tours in Tunisia with Tunisie Voyages. DeborahShow more

  Got to see and do some amazing things on the tour which was really cool. The hotels were nice and food was good but was too out of the way or not close to any attractions or sights. By the time we checked in there was very little free time to explore and nowhere close by to see. The food was limited in the options and at times we were just given a meal without being asked what we'd like or could eat. I say we but I was the only one on the tour. I paid the single room supplement and when i queried this was told it is a solo traveller and a single room supplement that is compulsory anyway, yet their listing clearly says Max group size 20. The guide and driver were nice but at times i felt like i was in the classroom rather than on a holiday or adventure. Some of the places we went to seemed a bit rushedShow more

I would like to comment on 3 main points, the accommodation, the food and the single supplement: The hotels are located in places convenient for the tour in order for the client not to have long rides to explore the sites in the itinerary. In Tunis the hotel is in Gammarth because it is close to Carthage and Sidi Bousaid and also because it is safer (Tunis area is to be avoided for accommodation at the moment). In Hammamet the hotel is located in the most touristic area at a walking distance from Yasmine Hammamet, the New Medina and the Leisure Harbor. In Sousse the hotel is located also in the most touristic area which is Port El Kantaoui, walking distance from the leisure harbor and the golf course. The 3 previous hotels have direct access to the beach and are 5* category. The 5* hotel in Kairouan is wall to wall to the ancient Medina of the city. The hotels in the South ( the small cities of Tozeur and Douz) are located in the city center where every activity is accessible. The meals in all the hotels are buffet style, with confirmed good quantity and variety. The only place where the meal was served to the table was Hammamet hotel, and it was because the hotel was not very full and they cannot operate a buffet for a few customers, but provide a real consistent served meal! The meals in the restaurant are all 3 course meals various from one another, restaurants cannot operate buffets from tour clients because the numbers are limited and the timing cannot be fixed for the arrival of the clients. The single supplement applies not on a traveller who happens to be the only one on the tour, but to clients who are travelling solo ( there are extra fees, namely at the hotels for single rooms). Having said all of the above, we truly hope that you enjoyed the tour nonetheless and truly hope you come back again to tunisia to experience a different area and will always be at your disposal via the platform to assist and answer all your queries as we did for this tour!
