From the support staff in the Cairo office to Michael and the guides in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, they all did a fantastic job, and made our Egypt tour a memorable one. The accommodation options were first rate and the recently renovated Nile Cruiser was fabulous. The two men that helped us through Vacations To Go was well organized and transport to and from excursions was seamless. Our guide John Eman was amazing and so knowledgeable about all our excursions and getting us organized on the cruise to and from events. I think he was as upset as we were when he had to tell us that the hot air balloon ride had been cancelled. John Adolf, who picked us up from the airport, showed us how to navigate it and got us where we needed to be when we needed to be there was also well organized and amazing. However, Tourradar needs to be more explicit in their description of what is and isn’t included. The GEM Museum was extra along with King Tuts tomb and a couple of other sites. The unexpected charges seemed to be more than necessary when, you think everything has been paid for. I got confused by the note that came out with all our names in different colours detailing the itinerary. It would be more helpful and easier to see my itinerary only, rather than everyone’s going down and across, trying to see mine. Especially, when looking at your phone……. the print is small and you are unable to get it to flip to see it the length of the phone rather than the width. Also, Tourradar kept sending me emails with another persons name but, with my email address, even after I had asked them to fix it a couple of times.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 31st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 31st, 2026, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Vacations to go travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vacations to go travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Vacations to go travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
